The staff here are really excellent. Guilherme helped me book a special tour to the natural pool in Taubaté. The breakfast was delicious, too. The hotel is close to the balsa and close to the main street. However, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. If I return to Ilhabela, I would stay here again.

Location bad bed bad soup bad towel bad everything not like what I promised

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good (the best bread and ham I have had in Brazil). Unfortunately the internet was very slow in the room, so had to go to the hotel lobby to use it. The hotel is walking distance from the ferry, but note that the entrance is from the back street (where it corner). Also closed to restaurants, bus stop and market.

Hotel is clean but overpriced for what it has to offer. No wifi nor cable in the room. No soap nor shampoo in the room Facility is near the ferry boat vi far from the beach and downtown I would avoid the city during holidays at it is very hard to get thru with ferry boat. Long lines. It tools us over 2 hrs to get across

Helpful staff with some English capabilities. Reasonable rooms and a nice lounge / pool area. The breakfast was fairly standard for Brazil, but has a toaster (rarity!). Walking distance to the ferry which is great for arriving late / leaving early for the ferry rides, which was important for us.

We stayed here 2 nights and were pleased. The location is central.

Great place and wonderful staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and speak English. We will be back! Thanks for the wonderful weekend!!! It was our first time traveling with our one year old twins ;-)

El servicio y atención es bueno, el personal muy amable! La habitación bien aunque podrían hacer arreglos

Fiquei pouco tempo, mas foi muito bom. O quarto estava muito limpo e equipado com ar condicionado. Pousada simples, mas muito gostosa. Café da manhã honesto. O melhor mesmo foi o atendimento muito amigável. Fica apenas minha sugestão para que eles instalem um ponto de abastecimento de carro elétrico.

A pousada é simples, mas bem confortável, limpa, a localização é excelente, os funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é excelente, tem muitas variedades de pães, frutas, bebidas etc. Além disso, há todos os dias no café da manhã uma excelente música.

Otima recepcao. Pousada aconchegante

Café da manhã bem simples, ficamos 7 dias e em todos os dias só tinham as mesmas coisas para comer. Outra coisa ruim, tem espaço para fazer refeições porém só podem comer ou tomar algo se tiver comprado na pousada. Outro ponto é o Wi-Fi da pousada super ruim, não conseguíamos ficar conectados nem por min, acabamos usando a nossa do celular!

Estadia super agradável, recepção rápida no check in

O local é super acolhedor, bem bonito a area da piscina e da recepcao, os funcionarios em geral como recepção e café sao extremamente gentis, prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é oferecido pelo serviço de pedidos na mesa por conta da pandemia, tem queijo presunto, café, leite, ovos, frutas, 2 opcoes de bolo, suco e geleia, achamos uma delicia. O quarto é bem amplo, tem tv, frigobar, ar, chuveiro eletrico e os lencois e toalhas estavam limpos, entretanto o cobertor estava com cabelos, indicando que não foi lavado, como já era tarde qnd percebi, dormimos só com o lençol por que achamos prudente não usar. O banheiro tem um chuveiro bem forte e quentinho, mas agua acumula no boxe, precisa melhorar o escoamento no piso, mas, tomamos banho normalmente. No quarto tem um espaço pra colocar roupas, tipo um closset, esse móvel é de madeira e tem um odor forte, desagradavel, mas, vc só sente nesse espaco, talvez se fosse lixado e passado um verniz esse cheiro de madeira velha seja reduzido. Achei legal ter cabides no quarto pra estender roupas e obfato dos funcionarios serem super solicitos e o local super agradavel, tem um excelente custo beneficio e vale muito a hospedagem.
