There was a little problem when checking in that the receptionists couldn't find my booking. I contacted traveloka for support. Luckily! After 1 hour of waiting, it was ok. Ksan apologized to me with 2 cups of happy smoothies. Everything was quite ok.

A great hotel with complete facilities, great Lao's culinary and hospitality. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Luang Prabang's night market. Be aware that the hotel will charge you if you take home the laundry bag or sleepers.
