Nice hotel, a bit dated. Flooring could be refreshed. Front desk personnel were very helpful and responsive.

Charged for incidentals when not used, had to call them to be refunded. If I hadn’t checked my card, which many probably don’t they would have just kept the money.

Conveniently located to restaurants.

There were several issues with this property. First, there was a terrible odor of cheap cologne in our room (cleaner vs previous guests?). Next we turned on the AC unit and it was very load and not tolerable if you wanted any restful sleep. Then, the bathroom light above the sink wasn’t working. I called and asked for someone to come replace it and was told there was no one that could do that. At this point I requested a new room. I will say, the new room on the 4th floor was better (previously on 2nd floor) but the overall appearance was bad. The door to the bathroom were dingy. The carpet was ripped up and not properly replaced. There was linen bags and trash bags up and down the hallways and it was not during cleaning hours. There is another hotel right beside this one that our friends stayed in. I recommend staying there and not at Candlewood Suites.

Tonight’s day to visit family. Room ways nice, comfortable beds

I felt very unsafe. A couple knocked on my door at 1:45am. I did not answer, tried to call the front desk to report it but the phone in the room did not work. The room was very old, missing one side of the black out curtain so the parking lot lights shown in all night. TV had no signal, couldn’t watch. Air was off when we arrived so the room was very hot and smelled beyond stale. Up most of the night because of banging doors down the hall. Miserable. Paid way too much for this junky of a property. Don’t stay here.

Location was easy to access. There was plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

Hotel staff was terrible when we needed to solve an issue in our room. They either pushed us off knowingly or completely lied to us with no real intention of solving the problem. As a family, we have been on the road at least once a month, or more, for the last 15 years for youth sports. We've stayed in hundreds of properties. This was BY FAR the worst staff and management we have ever experienced. They took a small, easily resolved situation and dug their heels in with no concern for us as customers or guests. The manager was a major contributor to the problem, rather than help to resolve the situation. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT make reservations to stay at this particular property.

I booked a stay with 3 dogs and the description on Orbitz did not show that the pet fee was $75 per Pet. It just states $75 per accommodation. This is very deceptive marketing practice since other hotels actually show a fee per pet. After driving for 10 hours I was left in a city with no where to stay. Then I didn't even receive my full refund. Why would I book a hotel stay when the fee would have cost more than my hotel cost? I am done using Orbitz after all of these years.

The rooms was very clean and not run down looking. Very comfortable and they have free laundry downstairs.

The staff is super friendly but we got a suite and it was not cleaned properly. The handles in the bathroom were all funky and there were brown stains throughout the walls. There are breakins often due to lots of military. Stayed for 2 hours and ended up leaving elsewhere because i just did not want to deal with any inconvenience

It was clean and did not smell like marijuana , which has been happening in a lot of hotels I have recently stayed in. So I was very happy!
