The room was beautiful, clean, well appointed, nice view, location fantastic for a wedding close by at Immerse. Everything was excellent other than contacting someone. We did not receive a text or email beforehand with a room code. I rang a couple of hours before check in time and left a message, no response. I rang at check in time and a lovely lady gave me the relevant info. She said they hadn't been able to contact me even though the app had my email and mobile number. I think I left my prescription sunglasses there so rang and emailed the week after leaving - no response. The only way to contact anyone is by ringing a landline number as there is no reception. Although the place is lovely I wouldn't stay there again.

Firstly, the bed was as hard as a rock. The left side bottom is broken, didn't sleep well. Mould in the shower need to use mould away spray. The tv LED needs replacing, bad screen viewing. Room was very Dusty. Would have appreciated lock box info/ check in info sooner. I only recieved this 3 hours before we arrived, and I had to call to get the info. The view was stunning and loved the surroundings and quiet atmosphere. More attention to detail required.
