TV didn’t work, main lamp and attached outlets didn’t work and there was a random extension cord by the bed as an outlet. It wasn’t terrible, but not the best.

I booked the room through Expedia. Next morning I got an email that elevator is not working. I called the hotel and mentioned that my wife will not be able to use 4 floors by stairs. They put a note on the system. We got there at 1 am, room on the first floor. Great. Room had so much humidity‌, they had recently cleaned the carpets. Really bad smell. AC not working. The thermostat was off completely. We went to sleep, bed was literally broken from the middle. We couldn't sleep properly, woke up early in the morning to take a shower. Water was leaking and tube was very dirty. I paid $346+tx for a hotel that worth $99 only. At the time of check out, I mentioned everything to the front Staff. Not going back to this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Definitely not worth coming here and certainly not for the price. Best Western used to be a good chain but unfortunately not anymore, or at least this one isn't. The sheets had stains, hallway stunk and elevators not functioning. The room, paint and everything looked dated and paint work looked DIY job, maybe something you'd expect on motel 6 or motel 8. The bed and comfortors weren't as comfy as they used to be.

Very clean and well maintained property. I stayed there three times. I needed quiet time to focus on work. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. On one of my stays, I reported that the bathtub faucet was dripping water, they immediately changed my room. The place is quiet and safe, and right at the exit of the 401. Very convenient.

Had a great stay. Very convenient location. I always stay here when visiting Milton.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were inconsistent. There was only decaf coffee left in our room; no regular coffee. There was no hand lotion which is usually provided at hotels. We also only had one bath towel supplied for two people. We heard another guest asking for towels at reception and they were told there were none. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, however, and the room was clean and tidy. I felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality; however, it will do in a pinch.

Only issue was very noisy air conditioning unit.

The hotel itself was modest but clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

The tv in the room have a lack of actual stations and very confusing to use.

Close to attractions

Unfortunately, they do not adhere to the check-in time. I arrived there and was supposed to receive the room at 3 o'clock, but I did not receive it until 45 minutes after the specified time. Note: they have a conscience because I forgot some of my things, and when I called them, they said they were there, and I went and got them.

It was a nice play to stay

Even though there was a restaurant. It was only open in the morning 7-11 and then it was closed till 5pm. I had to walk to get lunch and the places were a good distance. There were no shops to buy food items. To get cream I had to go to the restaurant so to have coffee in my room meant a trip to the restaurant. Thankfully they were kind enough to give me extra creamers.

Clean, good staff, Noise from AC was lould. The bed was not great. Good location and spacious.
