This is the first time I don't get a room by the check in time. The staff also need to learn how to approach guests.

I'm still fuming writing this review. We arrived at 9am, after an eight hour flight from NYC. We were hoping to get some rest after a long travel day with a group of 11 plus an infant. I know check-in is 3pm, but a little flexibility goes a long way. Not here, apparently. When 3pm rolled around, our rooms weren't ready. I had to fight and beg for them to get us checked in. Four rooms finally arrived at 4pm, but my friend with 2 teens and an infant didn't get hers until 6:00pm. And we weren't the only ones. The lobby was packed with frustrated tourists. If you're traveling with a big group, be prepared to fight for your rooms. And if you've got kids or infants, don't expect any special treatment. In addition, the rooms were quite basic and lacked decorative touches. The amenities were minimal, with only two pillows provided, and I had to request a blanket as none were available initially. 😒 2/5 stars from me.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the dining room/bar servers. They offered advice on activities in the area. When we mentioned to the front desk that we had a 5:30am pick-up for a tour and wouldn't be present for the breakfast buffet they packed a brunch bag to go for us to take with us before we left early am.

Fantastic hotel. I absolutely loved it . So centrally located not far from the beach. You can walk down the seaside up to Barranco area . Great restaurants are within walking distance. There is a small cafe at the lobby, cafe tastes great x staff is very friendly , welcoming. Great unbeatable prices for uber taxi . This was my first trip to Peru and it was a great introduction to South America. Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks . Every staff member is friendly , smiling and working hard. There is a gym and little pool on the top deck and stunning view. This is one of my best trips ever. I will never forget it . Just to add more , there is a fantastic Indian market within walking distance from hotel around 20 mins walk. There are best prices for buying varieties of souvenirs . You cannot miss that !!!

I always stay in this hotel, but this last stayed was little disappointed, quality of room was low, desk service was low, charged me extra at check out.

Extremely uncomfortable check-in. While I understand Peru has strict migration laws, the staff here handled the process with zero hospitality. After checking in, the front desk called my room and demanded I return to the lobby to scan a document they forgot. The staff acted disgusted and suspicious rather than helpful. As a frequent traveler (Expedia platinum), I’ve never felt less welcome. Great city, but skip this hotel if you want to be treated like a guest.

One of the best place that I've been to. It's very clean, spacious room and excellente room service. The restaurant staff were impecable and professional. The food either breakfast or diner was top rated. I will recommend them to family and friends and also, will be a repeat client in future travels to Lima.

Clean room, good service, honored a type of room I requested on a high floor and with the Pacific view - my room was on the 14th floor. I do not eat red meat so breakfast could have some cold cut turkey or chicken. Overall, very satisfied. This is a hotel I keep coming to for short stays since 2019.

Nice big room. Quite a high step to get in and out of shower/tub…could be problematic for some people. A very good taxi driver, Jamie, took us all over Lima for a reasonable rate and speaks perfect English. I would highly recommend him over a standard tour. He is available through the hotel.
