Good area & restaurant ok

Everything was perfect here! Worth it with the price. But the location is quite far here from the patong beach.

Date: 16/08/19 -19/08/19 Room: 306/308 Staff: Mint Phunawang and Team Mint and team have been a great help for the 4 days we were there. Welcome with a smile and friendly gestures. We felt welcomed. Never a day not seeing Mint and team not smiling, always smiling and never fail to ask is everything in the hotel is ok. Helped us with translations and also solves our issues with our pickup. The hotel itself and our rooms is clean. Walking distance to the mall, night market and beach. To shorten it, we had a great experience choosing Alfresco hotel as our choice. Will definitely make a comeback for our upcoming/future trip to Phuket. Before I end my review just to share our thoughts, I understand 1 key per room but maybe in future instead of 1 room key prolly issue 2 room keys as once the key is removed all electricity will be off and we prefer to keep our food and drinks chilled in the mini fridge. Hehehe. Thank You to Mint and team of Alfresco Hotel for making this experince a moment to remember for my birthday.

Grand room is very good. The bathroom is very wide, like a lot, clean room, nice staff, lovely, not too much. Good advice. The price of the room is cool. Direct air conditioner, smell the towel that is a little bit strong.

Booked a double bed to tell the room was full. Single bed, very dirty room, waiting for a very long check in.

Usually booked throughout And what I don't like with this hotel is that the staff speak very badly. Make this stay my friend is not ok Will the hotel owner know that he will lose customers because the staff that doesn't love the service?
