Staff very friendly

The rooms were clean, great staff. Disappointed with the bed and pillows were worn and lumpy. For the price of my room I expected at least one good pillow.

Clean comfortable room

Clean, nicely appointed, friendly and helpful staff.

It was not explained to us when we checked in that maid service was not an everyday service. We returned to our room the day after we checked in and used towels were not replaced with clean ones, bed was not made, and coffee supplies were not replenished. We paid $495.00 for three days stay so feel maid service should be a given.

This place is an absolute gem, friendly customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the bonus is a hotel lounge.

This place is ok, but the rating is much higher than it should be. This is a solid 8.0, no higher. The price was good and it was clean. Fitness room has no treadmill. Never seen that before...

It was easy to get around and the room was clean easy to get around in

Nice motel and nice person at the check in. My room was clean and comfortable. Except don't like the t.v. channels are not good. The bed is comfortable.

The beds were terrible. Unless you like to sleep in a sunken ship. It was quiet and clean.

Didn’t realize hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Door to room was hard to open. Property was clean, just a few quirks

Good customer service

The room was very comfortable. There was a message on the phone, so the light on the phone blinked all night. We just put a rag over it. The room appeared clean, but when we used the shower there was hair all down the wall of it. There was also a spot of dried urine on the base of the toilet. My husband went to the lobby early to have a cup of coffee and wait for the breakfast to open. He said the lady who checked us in the day before was lying on the couch asleep. Said it was very awkward. Breakfast was decent and what we would’ve expected.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Best Mex restaurant with in walking distance.

We reported a broken shower the first day. They said they would fix. We stayed two nights. Never offered to move us to different room or discount on room. The shower was not fixed. No shower while we were there for two days.

Showers had a lot of buildup on them creating bad water pressure. Waited for staff to come back from smoking to check in. Not worth the $200.

Rooms were clean. Employees were very friendly.

This was a quiet little Inn and the front desk lady was incredibly nice. Thank you for a great stay!
