3 different card keys did not work, they finally came up and overrode the lock. Another guest had the same issue. Once inside we discovered the toilet did not flush. We were told no maintenance would be available until sometime the next day and we could use the public bathroom in the lobby. We asked for a refund, they said we had to get it from Hotels.com. We left and drove home, missing the music festival we had come to attend. When Hotels.com tried to process the refund the hotel refused, and also refused to cancel the following 2 days we had booked. We had to stop payment on our credit card.

I arrived and was given a room key- however my room was occupied. I was then given a different room, no room keys. I had to have a front office person have to open my room each time. The tv was not connected, I had to connect it myself. The bathroom towel holders broke. The room I was given was also not what I paid for it was a downgrade. The building and the room were super hot. No breakfast was offered and NO PART of the hotel looked like anything in the pictures.

Clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property ready for an upgrade.

Switched rooms 3 times. First one wasn't cleaned yet. Second one had poop all over the outside of the toilet. And finally settled with an okay 3rd one. Wifi doesnt work. 1st and 2nd floor smelled like musty people and weed. Never booking here again. Front desk lady was great and understanding though.

Stay was ok. Just a no frills hotel. Seems clean, does need new towels and wash cloths. Usually my go to place while staying in Gonzales.

Stayed for 7 days never got room service had to get all our towels and toilet paper ourself

This was our second stay at this property! It was just as good as the first time. Clean and comfortable room! Will stay again!

It wasn't as advertised in the time of writing this at early 2025. We booked a small studio and there was little furniture other than the bed. When I went down at 7:30, the only "breakfast" was coffee. Still under construction and every stairway warned about it.

didnt stay the night because it smelled so strong of cleaning fluids made it impossible to stay in the room also didnt realize it was a converted microtel inn the room was a closet with a bed very small

We were not told the hotel was under remodeling. Hotel staff didn’t know if breakfast would be available even if the booking said there was breakfast available. Clean but it’s the smallest queen bed room I’ve ever stayed at. Tiny.

Under renovation. Filthy—microwave, fridge, bathroom. No toilet paper, tissues, glasses, ice bucket, wash cloths, bottled water, sundries. Night employee shrugged when I told her. I asked her what she was going to do to fix it. She gave me a roll of toilet paper and told me I should bring my own water.

Was told at check-in that breakfast was from 5:30-9:00 and there was nothing when I left at 6:00 am

Worst experience of trip. Upon checkin the front desk if anyone with me. Told one additional adult. Front desk asked if my wife? Inappropriate question! TV in rm didn’t work so “upgrade” to a suite. One queen bed n a broken futon couch. Dirty towel hanging in closet. No clothes hangers, no wash cloths, no Kleenex, one bedside lamp that quit working, hallways n lobby area were filthy with mud clumps. Brkfst was minimal. Had to find our own cups, utensils as nothing stocked. One coffee pot was yesterday’s cold coffee. Glad it was only one night.

The staff at this facility were excellent and very accommodating! We had a few glitches with our room, but they weren’t dealbreakers. The property is undergoing a renovation and should be very nice once completed. The continental breakfast was so so, a little disappointing. I would stay here again if I were passing through.

Slept good but only problem was they didn’t have shampoo or body soap

They were in the midst of a renovation on my floor and it was loud at times. Room looked dated. Heating/Cooling unit in my room was so loud that I did not get a good nights sleep. Staff was kind and courteous. Will probably go to another hotel next time I’m in the area.

Stay was good.

The hotel was alright just between the lines.
