on the 3rd time, the service and staff attitude remained the same (good). however, this time when meeting the Chinese group, the atmosphere was noisy during breakfast, unhygienic because there were middle-aged Chinese guests using their hands to eat. a bit creepy

The room I received had a mountain view but was also very nice. The room was spacious, cool, clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. However, the soundproofing of the room was not good. The breakfast options at this hotel were quite limited but the quality of the food was quite good. There is also a Vinbus bus from the hotel to the center, so it was quite convenient. The staff was enthusiastic and attentive.

Carpet full of hair ties and hair, towels in bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. Poor hygiene, unenthusiastic staff.

I arrived at 2pm but was not allowed to check in. The receptionist said that I could only check in at 2pm and didn't know when the room would be ready. I left my contact for the receptionist to call me when the room was ready but there was still no call. The food was average.
