Location was great for seeing sites

Everything was amazing, everything was clean an on point, the staff is very friendly and attentive

We’ve been very happy with our stay at MAXX Hotel. It’s beautifully decorated and located. It’s amazing location for the U Bahn as well as local restaurants. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area and the city.

Great hotel with an abundance of facilities including a gym, sauna and steam room. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The only let down was the warm room and cleanliness of the floors in our room. Very dusty and hadn’t been mopped. Apart from that, great stay! Would stay again.

Very nice hotel in a great location between the inner city and Schönbrun right next to the metro or streetcar station. Modern furnished super comfortable rooms with terrace and view of the city. Great breakfast. The stay was perfect!

Decent stay

Nice staff, nice bar area, good breakfast (but pricey)

Location and access to public transport was convenient. Not very happy with some of the Front Desk Staff ☹️

Average service. AC wasn't working efficiently, couldn't find an iron in the room, and was misguided by the receptionist about clothes laundry.

Staff could be me more warmer/welcoming although it could just be a Vienna thing. Bar area not open until 6pm which isn’t helpful if you want a drink while at the hotel. The room was very spacious and had good facilities, with a 2 night stay I would have expected the tea/coffee to be topped up. Also thebhotel does have good transport links and a supermarket next door which is convenient.

This is a nice hotel. It's clean, modern, the staff is good. A pleasant surprise.

Easy access to public transportation

The room was spacious and clean, having just been camping at a festival the shower was incredible! The breakfast was varied and delicious, would definitely stay again.

Staff are very friendly and the property is elegant

The AC doesn’t work and the windows don’t open. We complained several times, they didn’t change our room or fix the ac. At the reception multiple people were complaining about the AC.
