Great hotel. Simple, delivers on all aspects and at the same time finds a way to give simplicity. From the room to the breakfast service the staff is there to serve you. I would visit again

beautiful and close to downtown

The esthetic was beautifully curated. The pool was always clean during my stay. I didn’t look carefully at the amenities (coffee, late snacks, water/ice) but they did not offer or cared to accommodate ice/water requests. Giving 4 stars only for this reason. Otherwise cute place.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Las Palomas! It is walking distance to the historic centre, and has beautiful restaurants around the corner.

Casa de las Palomas was a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. I enjoyed every area of my room. The room was cleaned daily. Service and staff were professionals. The hotel is a unique and charming place. Loved it and I still can’t get over it. I highly recommend it.

we had a WONDERFUL stay at casa de las palomas. the rooms were CLEAN and the beds and pillows were COMFY. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the AC gets COLD. i LOVED the outdoor showers. i have ZERO complaints about my 4 night stay.

Beautiful remodeled home in the heart of Merida. Great vive, comfortable, elegant and decorated with good taste. We were not sure about the neighborhood as the rest of the homes look a little older and unkempt but it turned out to be great. Sofia was really nice

This hotel is nice. The staff is lovely- so cheerful and helpful. The rooms are spacious and it has a nice swimming pool in the middle of the property. There were 2 couples in our party. One had a nice room on the ground floor, the other was okay. The bathroom in the second room was tiny and in need of paint and renovation. Two people could not fit. We had to take turns using the bathroom. As for the breakfast, we were not impressed. When they said they offered yogurt, it was a tablespoon with the fruit. The fruit available was apple, banana and a couple of blueberries. No mango and no papaya or any other tropical fruit. Very strange! We only ate at the hotel once since it was so disappointing.

A beautiful property, from the moment you enter you realise you have entered a tranquil oasis. Stylishly designed throughout, the property flows well. The pool and breakfast area is truly wonderful. Love the combination of a/c and fan for the room to keep it cool in the high heat. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant recommendation was excellent. Great location to enjoy Merida. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Excellent attention to all guests. Very personalized. The boutique was warm, beautifully decorated. And centerally located. We will return to this special and unique place.

Beautifully styled boutique hotel, well designed and decorated. The room was quite nice and had a wonderful private outdoor shower! The staff were responsive and friendly and this place is walking close to a lot of great dining and shopping.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that there are no hoods anywhere in the room to hang up clothes, towels or anything you wash.

Dark room, with a lot of noise from the lobby and kitchen

The staff were outstanding. They wanted to please their guests. Wifi worked well. The television worked but was outdated with no option to utilize a personal Firestick.( USB) The option that would top these rooms off would be a mini fridge. To be able to keep perishables and cold water would be a asset.
