Reception staff were fantastic Great atmosphere But 2 stovetop burners for 50 people to use for the communal kitchen is ridiculous!

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Pepe! The in-house tours were plentiful and the WhatsApp group was helpful too!

Great place. It’s both a hostel with shared rooms and common areas, and a small hotel with single rooms. Really nice, very friendly staff, nice rooms, great location. I can’t imagine why I didn’t wanna stay anywhere else.

Great place to spend the night

Staff are helpful. The location is good. The first night, we did not get hot water.

Located in the heart of Puebla.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty. It is within walking distance to the zocalo and the cathedral. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful stay in Puebla! Casa Pepe is centrally located, clean & comfy, and has a kind and helpful staff. This hotel also offers free walking tours and daily activities at the guests so it’s great for solo travelers. Kind regards to Julian who is a great host and guide!

Loved staying at this hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful large room, very quiet. Great location.

Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you.

The room didn't have ventilation, the smell so horrible and the facility was usually very dirty all the time. I mention about it but the guy didn't care. NO CLEAN AT ALL FOR ME.
