We didn’t like that there was no place like a bar or lobby to wait for our rooms. Also, no place to put our suitcases

My room with a jacuzzi in the middle felt more like a cheap motel (inckuding his/her lubricants in the bathroom) than a real hotel. Don't waste your time there. Pictures are totally deceiving.

This hotel is undergoing construction. It is unacceptable not to properly disclose this very important information. We reserved in a hotel and got moved to another building because the AC was not working. The room we got out into also did not have AC working. Loud construction, traffic noise, no bathroom available to use in the “lobby” which there is none. Just a disaster. Beware

Es el peor hotel en el que hemos estado. Lo que publican en Expedia no tiene nada que var con lo que en realidad es. No hay lobby, no hay room service, no hay hielo, parece un hospedaje de pueblo. Para conseguir un poco de hielo tuvimos que ir a comprarlo a un bar cercano. El desayuno ni siquiera es en el hotel, es en un restaurante al otro lado de la calle. Solo pasteles, huevos mal cocinados y salchichas de pésima calidad. El personal es atento pero poco pueden hacer porque el entorno no ayuda. Lo único que tiene es una buena localización, pero en nuestro recorrido por Italia sentimos una enorme decepción. Caro y lamentablemente malo. No lo recomentaría a nadie. Es lo peor en lo que hemos estado

Good location, comfortable rooms and good sized shower. Really helpful reception staff.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its rating. The bathroom had visible mold, which was extremely disappointing and made the stay feel unclean and poorly maintained. For the price and rating, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. That said, the location was very good and convenient for getting around. If you do decide to book here, I would recommend asking to stay on the newer side of the hotel, as it may be better maintained.

The lady at check in was really nice and helpful. There was a guy that was not real helpful. We ask that our shower be fixed and they said that they would get right to it but it was never fixed or we just didn’t know how to work it??? Having a breakfast that was included in our reservation was good because not a lot Of places were open for breakfast.

Warm welcome, comfy clean room. Great staff

Friendly staff and helpful during arrival and our departure. We traveled with our kids and the staff made our stay stressful. We recommend this hotel and do see ourselves returning in the near future.

ABSOLUTE HORROR! Bed Bugs bit me all night. Didn’t realize what it was until the next morning. Took pictures of the bugs and my blood, showed staff. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. There was something beeping in the hall. The management hasn’t even bothered to reach out after 4 days since I checked out. Unbelievable. Save Yourself.
