The reception staff communicated well in English, some of them were friendly and smiling. The bedroom was a bit small compared to other hotels I've stayed in. There was a sink outside the bathroom. The room amenities lacked a toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, and cotton swabs, but that was acceptable as I had brought some myself. I liked the Jmella shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap; they had a mild, pleasant scent and worked well.

Everything is good, and the location is very close to Lotte World, the park, and many other culinary areas.

I'm glad I found this hotel. Clean, comfy, surrounded by restaurants, stores, and beautiful places. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come back someday.
