Unlike other hotels in the city they do not provide complimentary water or coffee pods. Rather they will charge you an excessive amount for these items. Not a 5 star experience.

Front desk staff not helpful and with an attitude

Well located! Near a shopping mall! Lor’s of restaurants around the corner! Some employees go far the exta mile to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable!

Amazing staff!

The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were very clean and modern. It was located within walking distance to a huge shopping complex with many stores and places to eat.
