Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. I would not recommend. Overpriced, service was poor and we feel we have been misled with the advertising of the property.

The stay was really nice, staff exceptional friendly. The breakfast was nice and adequate for the price but not plenty. some detail should be better: some bathroom lights broken by arrival(staff should check), bathtowels just for two persons (we were three and three beds were prepared), last night the fire alarm went off because the battery was empty and we were wide awake for an hour after the small shock… staff at the check out was like: ah thanks for telling us - no sorry or anything, the coffee we asked for for the road directly after had to be paid anyway. That’s ok, but most hotels would be more engaged in making sure you have a good time. Still; would recommend bc of the stylish cosy interior and kind staff in relation to the moderate prices.

Our stay at Mamie Megeve was unfortunately marred by a serious issue with the toilet in our room, which broke and flooded the bedroom. After sending videos of the damage to our own plumber, we were informed that the toilet was faulty. Instead of acknowledging this, the hotel tried to blame us for the issue and even charged my husband's card €250 without prior notice or permission. When we asked to be moved to another room due to the flooding and broken toilet, we were told we could only use the communal toilet in the reception area until a new toilet was installed, with no offer of a different room in the meantime. This lack of consideration and communication made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. We expected better customer service from a hotel of this caliber, and unfortunately, this situation left us feeling quite dissatisfied

Excellent Service from all the staff Particularly Jays that went out of his way to shuttle us properly to town under a snow storm !

Hotel is presented as renovated but it is rather a very poor refresh. Room is okish but very poor lighting. Bathroom lights dont work and nobody fixed them even though we asked. Bfst is poor. Only coffee and croissant for a week skiing is not acceptable. Lots of garbage in stairs, parking and also not clean. This is not as advertised. Staff is kind except one or two people. When bringing the above feedback at checkout the responsible was debating. Cannot recommend this hotel
