Breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs were terribly old and even when re-made they were solid then she poured liquid eggs on top and broke it up to serve (so tasted like sawdust / raw egg). Chorizo and salchichon were also very low quality tasting / too strong but with no real flavour. Fruit and pastry selection was okay but limited hot food, no fried or boiled egg options and staff weren't very approachable.

Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent -close to main transport and tourist sites. Breakfast was also value for money. Room was spacious and clean - just lacked key amenities like a room safe. Due to location was also quite dark- was 7th floor with window overlooking a small courtyard.

Hay elementos importantes a la hora de seleccionar un hotel. La primera es la ubicación en base a las necesidades, perfecta. Luego un cuarto limpio, amplio, con una buena cama, una buena almohada un bano con buena ducha, todo, impecable. El personal del hotel, genial y finalmente el desayuno, con todo lo que se precisa. En resumen, volver sera un placer. La sorpresa es la película que les toque como ambiente.. Ghostbusters !!

My flight was canceled so I didn’t make it to the hotel. I have another reservation when I leave Valencia so I hope to make that stay. Love this hotel! It is clean, the people are friendly and it is conveniently located in central Valencia. My husband and I keep coming back for those reasons.

Location is fantastic right in the centre. Staff especially Vallentina were amazing they made me feel so welcome.

A good breakfast was built into the price of the stay, which is nice, not a separate tack-on charge. Staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly, advising. Other staff is also very nice, cleaning and the breakfast attendants. The property is conveniently located close to the train station and old town. I would say the hotel manager or couples shouldn't sit at the one 4-person table in the breakfast area when larger parties are crammed around little tables. That's just inconsiderate and rude.

Good location. Walk to Central Market, cathedral, train, metro. Many restaurants, tapas bars, bakeries nearby. Good breakfast.

Great location that is downtown, and walking distance from the Valencia Cathedral and Central Market. Very close to both metro and train stations. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were friendly and gave recommendations for places to go and eat.

I loved the decore of the rooms and the convince of everything.

Each staff member we encountered was always ready to assist. Our room theme was Alice in Wonderland. It added fun and lightheartedness to our stay. We would stay there again.

It’s kind of quirky with all the StarTrek adornments but the room was great. The bed was comfortable, had a great shower and the AC would run you out.
