The staff was very nice, Excellent service. The spa is great. The breakfast was very good. The bar was very pleasant. The room was extremely clean and well designed.

I am not sure why this hotel gets such high ratings. It is outside the city of vannes and is in a large big box store parking area. The hotel istelf is nice but basic. Rooms small with a few scuff marks on the paint. So it is an ok hotel but nothing great and quite out of the way

Situated in an industrial/shopping district, suburban. Perfect if you’re just passing through and driving to your next destination.

Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine.

Property is located outside of the city close to a shopping center. Many restaurant are around and you can take a bus to the city center or by car it’s like a 10 minutes drive. Staff was very nice and room clean ans quiet.

Not a bad word to say, best bed slept in. Breakfast very good. Did have alot of trouble finding hotel because of road works having closed direct access to hotel and sat navigation couldn't find away. Rang hotel told them the problem and one of the staff came and met us and we followed their diversion to hotel. Woud never have found them. Not their fault.That was fantastic of them. I think meny hotels wouldn't have done that. Top marks for the staff.

Wonderful spa

First off a confusing location in a retail park but a decent clean hotel with parking and facilities. Was not happy to pay extra to use spa more than 1h so I used it again in the morning and risked them noticing. They didnt. Breakfast was decent but more worth €12 than €19 id say... Room i could hear TV next door til late but overall it was good other than the soundproofing

The staff were friendly and the spa and pool was clean. The buffet breakfast was very good ( highly recommended) the only downside was, we were on the 1st floor at the end of the corridor right next to the emergency exit. The problem was that on each of the three days I pushed the bar on the emergency door and found it locked. When we left, we informed the receptionist of the problem. We hope that this dangerous situation is corrected. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Excellent hotel, ultra modern, great beds, shower. Superb spa and pool. Great staff. Best breakfast buffet I've seen in years. Adjacent to an Irish pub and a Pizzeria. Not easy to find, located in the middle of an industrial estate!!!

Newly built hotel, lovely little pool with sauna and steam room ! Very quiet. However, the hotel is in an industrial estate and 10-15 mins drive from the port and tourist area

Great two night stay ay Qualys hotel. Staff great, rooms clean, plenty of towels, quiet location. Did not try the food or pool. Location great - walking distance to shops, hypermarket and a range of restaurants. We would stay here again if we return to Vannes.

Although it may not be in everyone’s choice of location this hotel makes up for it in every other way and for us a really good location. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, every taste catered for. Also very quiet and secure area. The hotel is clearly new but extremely clean and stylish. Rooms were a good size and very comfy, bed was huge. Separate bathroom and toilet gets my vote. Spa and pool area are nice and clearly very popular but not overcrowded. Would recommend this hotel.
