Hotel near station, and minimarket. Hotel easy to find. Room is clean, and room amenities are super OK and complete.

I'm very pleased with my stay at apa hotel. It was great experience. The hotel located near ginza so I just walk my way to go sightseeing surrounding area. Many food options near hotel and the food was tasty. The cake house near hotel was fabulous, my wife almost everyday went there.

All the staff were very polite and helped a lot with the information we needed.

The room so small that we can't open our luggage properly, then there ' s so many APA hotel in that area so we getting a little bit trouble to find our booking.

I booked for 5days 4 night 3 rooms, request for non-smoking room but the hotel give us smoking rooms with reason “the hottel full booked”. Suggest: you should close or don't open room if there is no rooms for “non smoking room”. Dissapointed!

Booked non-smoking room and highlighted in the comments section in bold. Even mentioned it at check in, "please ensure the room is non-smoking" & the receptionist acknowledged it, then. After payment and given the key. I walked into a smoking room! I went down to change room. "Sorry, no more rooms available. Disappointed I had to sleep in filth smoke.

The location is close to Ginza ' s premium stores. The room is quite small. The Japanese breakfast is great.

The process is not complicated, you just have to see the zeriyu gift, give it the key, and check out, just enter the key card in the place that has been provided, just practical, not expensive either.

The hotel is very neat, the room is spacey for Japanese standard, the cleanliness is top notch, and the time we took for checking in was very short. Also, don’t mistaken this hotel with Mystays Sapporo Station like we did xD it’s across the the Sapporo JR station and you can get off at Exit 9

Even though it's small but it's comfortable, but the luggage doesn't have to be big enough to bring the boss. Just Sans. It's okay if it's a budget 👌👌👌

Pleasant place to stay near Ginza Street, Tokyo. The service was great, and it’s located near 4 subway stations!!

Everywhere close. Very close to the station. If the size of the room is really small. I think for 2 people it's a little too narrow. It's good to know that this might be the standard hotel in Japan but the size of the body is rather large and both. Approximately you are 90 kg and your partner is 60 kg. Surely you have to think again heheheheh

This hotel staff was friendly, but not really can speak english. The lobby was very small. You can not ask them to help you bring your luggage to your room. Yes, you must bring it by yourself. There's no delivery luggage service from hotel to airport/other hotels. Mineral water just available for free in second day of your stay. The pillow was so thin. Thank you.

The rooms are cute, but the facilities are all complete, pretty close to Tokyo Station.
