Staff very helpful, amazing location, concierge so nice and effective, very relaxing. Just wish the outside pool was a little cooler temperature wise. Would go back in a heart beat.

Extremely unfriendly front desk staff, we came for an anniversary and left a message prior to checking-in for multiple rooms, as we do use to two three times a year. Before and during covid, we always did receive a small gesture for special occasions. This year, we're told in an unrespectful tone to discuss directly with the F&B team. The restaurant staff then tells us nothing was notified by the reception and can't do anything. Lots of wait, back and forth for finally nothing and a lot of unpleasant moments. Whatever happened during your day, please do respect customers and talk pleasantly, professionally !

Great place to relax with the spa, pools and beach. First class service, comfortable rooms and an impressive breakfast selection.

Good hotel. Great location overlooking the beach and impressive chateau design (although we stayed in the more standard hotel block behind). The room was good with superbly comfortable kingsize bed and pillow-menu. Plus a patio with partial sight of the ocean. Lots of evident concern regarding C19. Some 'Could do betters': a) the breakfast buffet had truly awful coffee machines - slow, out of order and poor coffee, b) no milk in the bedroom to complement the coffee - when I requested milk at the reception I received a Gallic shrug.

Clos e to the waterfront, this excellent hotel has everything required for a holiday - family friendly the amenities include facilities for all ages. Service is of the highest order and the menus delight all tastes. Without a doubt this is a star hotel.

This a very nice hotel spa ideally located near the beach in Pornichet. We had a room with sea view and we enjoyed the spa facilities which are great with a fantastic steam room/hammam. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices (and even oysters) and the staff very professional. I shall mention Gilles from the reception who did everything to repair a faulty lamp in our room. I will definitely come back and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel-spa has a great atmosphere, not like a chain but more like a family owned hotel. The spa is really amazing: warm sea water pool, jets, sauna and hammam. An outside heated pool as well with direct view on the ocean. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices, restaurant prepared. Overall, it was really relaxing and pleasant. I forgot a little vanity bag and received an alert by text message offering to ship it back to my address (at cost).

The staff is friendly and the rooms are functional but rather austere. Bathrooms are minuscule. Very nice spa with big indoor swimming pool as well as smaller pool outside. Most impressive is breakfast with an endless choice of oysters, champagne, all kinds of eggs, cheese, pastries, local delicacies, various breads as well as gluten free products, various milks and dairy products to accommodate all sorts of intolerances.

Great hotel but everything closes early

We loved our stay in Pornichet. The hotel is in a great position with sea views. The beaches are beautiful. The hotel has a lovely pool and a fab garden at the front. We played with our 3 year old, drank a glass of wine and listened to the DJ in the sunshine. Brilliant!

I loved everything there, from the room, prime location, service, thalasso, amazing breakfast etc...
