I loved everything about this hotel — clean, cozy room, friendly staff, and a great location. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was exceptional. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay here. We went here with our teenage kids. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit/smores. The place is close by a lot of restaurants and shops. Will definitely recommend. Pros: clean, safe, good a/c, friendly staff You can purchase s’mores kit. We weren’t able to enjoy the bikes and bocce ball since it was a bit hot when we went. They have some board games available to borrow, too. Cons: we stayed in the 1st floor and the floors and walls are thin. You can hear every movement and footsteps. Noise don’t usually bother us, but it was loud. The bathroom sliding door looks nice but it doesn’t stay close. We also wish they have a car charging station.

Great location. Friendly staff and good food and drinks on property. Lived bikes to tour the town and grab food from so many adorable cafes. Great boutique shopping ladies!!

Beautiful renovations since I was last there in 2018. Lovely swimming pool, hot tub, spa, and surrounding vegetation on the property.

Love the spa, mineral pools. Restaurant is good. Quiet area. However, do not stay in the 100 or 200 (and maybe 300) level rooms: these seem to be refurbished structures form the original motel: paper thin walls, creaky floors, some trace o0f cigarette smoke from the years gone by. Insist on 400 or 500 or 600 or 700 rooms in newer 2 story buildings

I liked the property and decor. People were awesome. housekeeping around the property was lax. a glass with a straw and lemon slice stayed on the outside trash bin for 3 days before it was picked up. in contrast, when housekeeping came to delivery more TP they straightened up the room and made the beds which was nice to back to. i would stay there again. food was great

We have stayed here at least five times in the past. While the pool and areas are all family friendly, and the rooms are fun and whimsical, we found that some rooms were not very clean (dirty, beat up floors) and the back camper style rooms looked out onto a super messy dumpster with construction materials laying around. It's an eyesore. Doesn't seem necessary to have that mess when people are paying so much for rooms - clean it up! A friend stayed in what might be a dog-friendly room and it wasn't clean and the floor was really bad. I think since Hyatt took over it's gone downhill.

The staff was super friendly and we loved the location! Our room was super cute and we loved that we were able to bring our puppy. We would definitely stay here again!
