Great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. We had a lovely stay

Decent property staff was friendly couldnt get guest services nor room service to answer the phone few times.

We are regular guests at the hotel, all rooms have a problem with boiling water in the shower. I have already written about this once. The water heating system is not set correctly and can cause burns.

Siempre nos gusta quedarnos en el sheraton de Escazú. Buena atención. Está vez no me gustó mucho el desayuno en especial los huevos revueltos que tenían disponibles.. mejor pedir un omelette.

Standard hotel room, basic. Clean. I would stay there again.

Staff is great. The room, had a issue woth a dirty/stained towel prevented as clean/fresh. The 2 bed room, can sleep 4, had 2 bath towels and only 1 face/wash cloth. The bottom floor, back 1/4, of the hotel is vacant/unfinished. Its a older hotel too. The pool is small vs how its portrayed online with photography and chares a crammed area with a restaurant, very odd. There is a casino onsite, but, has less slot machines than it previously had. The casino was ok.

The property and the overall stay was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the two ladies at the front desk, Ariana and Janiua.

The property was beautiful. I loved eating by the pool in the evening. I wish it had been closer to the airport. When it said it was only 16 minutes away from the airport I assumed it would be a short drive, but it was pretty complicated getting there. However, the service was wonderful and the property was beautiful.

We arrived early and staff was able to accommodate us with early check in.
