Infelizmente minha experiência no hotel não foi boa. Cheguei mais cedo e fui informado de que meu quarto ainda não estava disponível. Até aí tudo bem. Porém, me ofereceram um “quarto melhor” mediante o pagamento de R$ 250 a mais para entrar antes. Aceitei, mas ao chegar ao quarto, percebi que ele ficava no porão, o que foi bastante decepcionante. Outro ponto muito desagradável aconteceu no restaurante. Almocei, paguei a conta e saí para conhecer a área da piscina. Uma funcionária saiu correndo atrás de mim, de forma constrangedora, perguntando se eu estava indo embora sem pagar, sendo que o pagamento já havia sido feito. Além disso, o Wi-Fi do hotel é muito ruim e praticamente não funciona. Essas situações tornaram minha estadia desconfortável e abaixo do esperado.

Very nice place and views but check in took almost an hour, I had booked a hotel with half board that apparently they don't have or it doesn't exist (?), which led me to having to book a second room and spending money I was not expecting.. Then they could not find two rooms during check in and it took them over an hour to bring me the key to the second room. Facilities and cleaningness were great, hotel has a great view and breakfast, a beautiful pool and great staff

Very difficult to try and get an upgrade during check in. Hotel doesn't advertise the suite nor the larger rooms. While at the property there was a very unpleasant gentleman working at the reception from 2 PM till late night. Lady working at the reception in the morning was lovely. This receptionist from the afternoon was really unpleasant and charged me for using the tennis court that was leased to a third party. Swimming pool was dirty and had some weird foam. There is a weird way to have access to the tennis court since the hotel leases it to a third party. It wasn't clear who runs the court the hotel or the third party. And it was confusing either I had to pay for it or not. The third party said it was free for guests while the unpleasant receptionist charged me for it. Weird experience.

Beautiful setting, comfortable room, friendly staff, well located for shopping and beaches.

The staff was very attentive, kind, and patient with us (we do not speak Portuguese). The views from the hotel were amazing, and we were a close walk to shopping and beaches. I wish the pool was heated and that they provided wash cloths.

We stayed 4 days, 3 nights and enjoyed every single experience with the hotel and staff. Our room was clean and big, with a patio where we could watch and listen to the ocean. The bathroom was very clean and large also. We were grateful to have hot water, and clean towels. It could not have been better! In addition to the GREAT complimentary breakfast, we ate dinner there every day. The choices were quite varied, we enjoyed the seafood dishes - moqueca, bobo de camarão, and pasta with fish - all divine!

Just the TV was not working really good... tbe channel was all the time getting out of the sistem!!! But the room and location was really good...

Spacious areas for sports,swimming, relaxation , excellent food and services, in a tranquil, safe surrounding. Friendly, curtis staff.
