This was my third time there. The staff at the breakfast always super friendly. Aline at the front desk helped me with an issue with the WiFi changing my room. Great size bedrooms. Bathrooms need to be updated. First night was not very pleasant, WiFi did not work at all, complained 3 times and the answer was the technician would be there to check the following day. No updates on fixing but Aline went above and beyond and changed my room. I love the location. Next time I will probably try the ones more modern around the area

Beautiful ocean view, close to malls and restaurants etc. cleanliness can be improved as well as have more prepared multilingual staff. limited amenities.

The hotel is falling apart i had major issues with my room including bathroom lighting smell etc they took care of everything but it seems like they do not maintain anything i also had an issue with an employee by the name of chagas who refused to confirm an airport transfer claiming that he had no authority to do that seriously it is a liability to have this property in your menu it was a major dissappointment

Bathroom trash can was really old, rusted and damaged. Completely unacceptable for a hotel with this level as f classification. Still on bathroom, the ceramic tiles grout needs urgent attention. At the restaurant, no sign plates with juice flavors and desserts. What if I’m allergic to shrimp, how can I identify the appetizers with shrimp, if there’s no plates? Overall very poor experience. They need to renew and remodel the management techniques.

Great view from the beautiful beach and comfortable rooms. During the Coronavírus moment it is hard and unfair to say anything else.

The room is too dark, the room needs more lights in the work desk and the bathroom; internet is slow and I had to go to the lobby to get good connection. The staff is friendly Breakfast is good

The hotel's location was great. However check-in took almost 30 minutes as they only had one person and guests with issues. Yet the rest of the services were great, from valet parking to check-out. The room was clean and cool, however the bed was too firm and I woke each morning with aches in pains on my body. Breakfast services were average...I've had better in João Pessoa and the northeast of Brazil. Overall is was great for the location and prompt service.

Facilities are out dated, rooms cleaniness can be greatly improved.

Great hotel with a open to public gym right next door. Nice pool, near some good restaurant and walking distance to the mall. Safe neighborhood and great breakfar. The only thing not a100% was the internet that was slow at times but overall one of the best hotels in Joao Pessoa.

Hotel looks nice and is in a good location. However it is clearly suffering from lack of maintenance. The games room has broekn games and the gym is mouldy. My shower was leaking and poorly looked after WiFi signal is too weak to work within rooms and you have to go to reception. Breakfast is okay, a nice touch is a chef who makes your omellete for you. On the down side the juice is watered down and one day guests were served sour milk.

We had a great time at the hotel. Everything was top notch. Only negative was that they did not have antiallergic pillows.

Uauuuu… peguei a suíte pra me arrumar no dia do meu casamento, apesar do atraso, (pq quando cheguei a suíte ainda não estava pronta) o hotel entrega conforto e espaço. A suite golden é magnífica e as fotos ficaram maravilhosas. O café da manhã estava literalmente lotado, mas não deixamos de comer bem e Aproveitar tudo o que ele oferece.

O hotel sempre oferece o que tem de melhor

Boa localização, na frente da praia. O banheiro é muito apertado para o tipo de quarto selecionado (reservei a Suite Master Varanda, vista Mar). O restante da suíte tinha um bom tamanho, bons aparelhos de ar condicionado. O banheiro tem um problema de escoamento de água: a água do box empoçava demorando muito a descer depois do banho, e o vaso sanitário entupiu (mesmo respeitando o adesivo que está no banheiro pedindo para não jogar nada no vaso - algo típico de hotéis com problema de saneamento). Ao pedir que desentupissem o banheiro não consegui que alguém nos atendesse (pedido realizado 3 vezes), resolvemos o problema por nossa conta. Horas depois de termos resolvido o problema por nossa conta apareceu um funcionário que basicamente só olhou o vaso e foi embora. O café da manhã do hotel é bom (o atendimento dos garçons pode demorar também, normalmente fazíamos a mesma solicitação cerca de 3 vezes antes de sermos atendidos). Escolheria outro hotel caso retornasse à cidade, pelo preço que pagamos, há outras opções no mesmo padrão.

Linda vista da praia, com cadeiras e guarda sol pros hóspedes, atendimento de bar na praia. Quarto amplo e muito limpo. Café da manhã variado e muito bom. Equipe no 10. Estacionamento com manobrista a 20 reais a diária, acho que compensa. Pé na areia.
