A lovely little place, super friendly staff. The bed was amazingly comfy. It's not the ritz its a cute little guest house. No breakfast which was a shame. Very central and I managed to park outside. Parking is on a meter but free between 6pm and 9am. I would stay again.

Excellent location. Rooms basic and slightly tired but have everything you need and good value for the price paid. Comfy bed & pillows. Clean. Quiet. Mini fridge, tea & coffee, shower gel, hand wash. Parking outside the property reasonable and free 6pm to 9am. Owner very friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This is an excellent hotel cannot fault it in anyway and staff couldn't do enough to help you and you can ring him at anytime of day if you need anything and cleanliness is second to none will definitely recommend and will be staying again

did not need to park. very comfortable bed everything we needed and the staff were excellent and very helpful, good access to all areas including the cliff tram as we have bad knees ? we will be staying again in the near future. all good.

Enjoyed a great 3 night stay. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Excellent location in the town for train station, bus stops, high street shopping and not too far from both beaches and the Castle. My room was spacious, clean and quiet with all the facilities you would expect at this price point.
