O café da manhã era muito bom, com muitas opções.

The hotel is very old, when we got there the pool was in maintenance, rooms are small, no coffee maker in the room,they want to sell you a cup of coffee, no iron in the room they want to sell you iron services, people in front desk were rude, the lady in the breakfast room was nice and attentive, breakfast was good. I won’t recommend this hotel

The room was good, and staff was also very helpful. Nice view on the top, and the pool is a decent size. My main complains are: very noise AC, the room card would constantly demagnetize, and the breakfast food miss descriptions.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants and a nice mall nearby. The staff is very friendly. The room has good space, but the plumbing has issues. The drains are partially clogged and the toilet flush doesn't work well. I used 3 rooms and all of them have similar drain issues. One of them had serious flushing issues and we moved to a different one. Internet speed was horrible initially, but I complained and they got me access to better internet to allow me to work form the hotel. It's probably time to replace mattresses also. Get some that are more comfortable. Overall I recommend the hotel because of its location. If you have drainage issues, ask for another room.

Instalações boas em geral, mas o banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior e mais novo.

Fiz uma boa escolha. O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo, organizado e com bom atendimento. O hotel possui uma pequena sauna á vapor, piscina e academia. O quarto é bem confortável.Possui: cofre, frigobar, micro-ondas, wi-fi, TV LCD, secador de cabelo, sofá, mesa de jantar, copos, pratos, talheres, boa cama e ducha. A area comum é ampla, bem decorada, possui salas para reuniões e eventos e estacionamento. O café da manha é muito bom e variado, com atendimento muito bom e educado.. Próximo ao hotel tem bares, lanchonetes, restaurantes, um bom supermercado proximo de varios pontos turísticos. Gostei muito do hotel, tudo foi perfeito.

Quarto p tres pessoas grande, porem so tem ar condicionado na suite, o clima ajudou e nao sentimos calor. O restaurante a noite nao é bom. Cafe da manha bom, no prineiro dia faltaram funcionarios e nao foi bom , restante dos dias foi melhor

Localização perfeita! Café da manhã farto! Só não entendi o restaurante do Hotel funcionar somente até meio-dia aos domingos. A cobertura, onde ficam a piscina e a sauna, vale a pena desfrutar. Destaque ao funcionário Rodrigo da recepção, super eficiente e solícito!

Ficamos em 4 pessoas e só tinha disponível 2 copos e 1 toalha de rosto. Ar condicionado barulhento. Sem ventilador e ar na sala. O atendimento no Hotel é muito bom...Funcionários muito prestativos e educados.

Gostei bastante, tudo limpo , organizado . Excelente atendimento Só o ar condicionado fez um pouco de barulho a noite , para quem tem sono leve incomoda .
