Nice place, nice view, clean hotel, and friendly staff.

Very nice place with a nice view

During my business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I had a truly pleasant stay at Liberty Saigon Riverside Hotel. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the heart of District 1 and just a short walk from the city’s vibrant tourist spots. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully modern, making it easy to relax after a long day. What stood out most was the warm and friendly hospitality of the staff — always helpful and welcoming. Considering the quality of service and location, the price is very competitive. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers!

My family booked 4 rooms, 2 of which were the most expensive signature rooms. One"signature * room allocated to us was 5001 with an awesome balcony. The other"signature"was 2211 with no balcony, nearly half the size. Such a huge difference in room experience, but same price. Makes me wonder if 2211 is really a signature room. I feel short changed. Also book in timing is stipulated at 2pm, at 3pm we were still stuck at the lounge.

Good hotel, breakfast, and good service all location fine near river easy for travel.

Rèm phòng tắm hư. Cửa sổ hư không đóng được. Sửa mất nhiều thời gian của khách nhưng lại không có hướng xử lý linh hoạt như đổi phòng cho khách hay xin lỗi khách, discount. Lễ tân check out chậm chạp, tốn thời gian của khách mà cũng không một lời nói

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as expected. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety with freshly prepared eggs and pho. The location is very near to many sightseeing locations and shopping areas. The shower drain is a little slow and floods a little.

Weak wifi, unyielding pillow, not supportive reception.

Awesome experience, easy to go everywhere.

The phone in the room did not work, the room did not have a bathrobe, asked the receptionist (named Hoa) and was answered with a very unpleasant attitude that "your room class does not have a bathrobe setup" -> disaster experience

The glass door outside the hotel is a bit dirty..

Perfect location, great view to Thu Thiem (new city in future) on rooftop. Classic layout of room with high quality furniture. Small parking only for motorbikes. TV not connected to internet (no netflix or web).

Kháchsạn chỉ đạt tiêu chuẩn 4 sao là nằm ở vị trí thuận lợi đi bộ thăm quan buổi tối tại trung tâm , cảnh đẹp . Nhưng cách phục vụ đón tiếp cả lễ tân và bảo vệ vô cùng thờ ơ, ngay bàn lễ tân 3 nhânviên và 1 bảo vệ . Mình đi với con nhỏ mà chẳng nhận được 1 sự hỗ trợ giúp nào ngay cả việc mở cửa hoặc xách đồ mở hộ thang máy cả đi lẫn về . Mà không có chỗ đậu xe và phải tự đi gửi và đi bộ về rất xa . Lần đầu có việc phải ở kháchsạn Sài Gòn không ngờ tệ thế ! Bù lại nhânviên nhà hàng, quán bả và phục vụ rất nhiệt tình dễ thương .

Beautiful river view, comfortable hotel

Vị trí đẹp, phòng view sông. Khách sạn đã đáp ứng tất cả các yêu cầu của chúng tôi. Nhân viên thân thiện. Sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ khi quay lại Sài Gòn
