Big hotel, convenient to get to the pandas! Breakfast was ok. Don’t go for the hotel massage- not good/professional and a total rip off for price.

Good value, the pool and gym facilities are not up to international hotel chain level though.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby on 33rd floor, so every room has an amazing view. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Rooms are incredible with Spa like bathrooms. Shower is heaven. Banks with ATM’s & 7-11 nearby

A brief stay before I moved to Shangrila. Decent breakfast and room. Decent price. You can’t compare the service with Shangrilla chain but you get what you are paid for. Would recommend it to friends.

very polite staff, concierge helped organizing personal items to be shipped. But 2nd floor has an event almost every ones smoking. Bad.

The room doesn't activate air conditioner, the room temperature was 29 degrees celsius, too hot to sleep.

Good location, close to city center and subway. Nice room at reasonable rate. The gym could use an update. The breakfast is so so, especially if not included in the room rate.

The room is spacious and has nice view. The staffs are very friendly.

Disadvantages: open bathroom not good for more than one person in business, there was a smoke smell in the room, but not in the hallway, around 9 PM for about an hour, dual masks for fire safety, no bible in the room & no international plug converter. Advantages: great overall accommodation, can walk to Citibank, train station & shopping center, decent buffet (not found on many Asian delicacies, breakfast included on price & friendly staff.

Great Hotel, but worst WIFI anywhere. Neighborhood is great, a short walking distance to great malls and places to dine. Hotel service is good. Hard to have them understand english, even in a 5 star hotel like this one.

The only thing needs to be improved is the room guests not being able to adjust the thermostat for a comfortable room temperature.

The hotel is fairly new and facilities were clean and in good condition. The hotel is one of the higher buildings in the city, so you can enjoy great view from your room. Hotel location is right in the city. One shortcoming of this hotel is hotel service. Staffs are kind and friendly but it was little bit difficult to communicate with some of staffs in English. Also the hotel does not provide any shuttle bus to airport, but would call a taxi if you ask.

the room is better than some other 5 star hotels, but also smaller It was an okay stay

less than 3km from the city center. the staff was very nice, and generally everything was outstanding, especially for the nightly rate. Of course the internet in the rooms wasn't great, but that's become my standard expectation in most cities in china
