Lift broke down two times and they asked us to climb 6 floors even though we were elderly. Breakfast items were empty and there was no replenishment in spite of us reminding the team. Small towels were not given on two days. Shower water was not hot enough. Construction drilling and pounding in nearby site were going on through the night and disturbed our sleep.

We spent one night in this hotel for family vacation. The room had a modern interior and a balcony that we like. However some part of the wall seems not finished yet to be painted. And the floor were felt dusty inside the room. But the bed was good and we could sleep well at night. The amenities for the toilet was quite complete. Nothing special about the breakfast but it was still OK. Staff hospitality was standard

The location is best suited for business trip cause it's right at the center of Phnom Penh. Breakfast is standard quality. But I got really itchy when get in the bed and under the sheets, even after I got home. The hotel really should check their bed sheets and the whole bed area in general.

Our stay at this hotel was great. We were picked up at the airport as promised and whisked to the hotel to be welcomed by Chan the Assistant Manager. While sipping the welcome drink, he helped us to organise our 2 day stay by offering suggestions of which suitable places to visit. Even helped us buy tickets to the museum and book our visit to Angkor Wat and arranged transport. Room was big and the rose petals on heart shaped twisted towels were an awesome surprise for the "honeymoon" couple. Danny and the rest of the staff were ever smiling and friendly throughout our stay. Food was delicious, the amok dish was the best we tried. My husband swam at the pool while I cycled at their small gym before having a well selected breakfast. Oh not to mention, the GM Kim was there when we checked out to give us a warm send off. It's a hotel worth your money and more. Highly recommended.
