Remote for tv didn’t work and when we phoned about getting it fixed it was not dealt with. The staff said they would come to look /fix and never did. When we called back to front desk there was no answer. Poor customer service

AC stopped working on the hottest day 30 degrees Celsius. Staff couldn't do anything, no fans available. Made it very hard to sleep, room was 26 degrees Celsius inside according to the thermostat.

Close to walking path although some people in the area might be homeless or definitely not living in the condos across the street. It would be nice if there were more shops or restaurants adjacent to this property.

Rude staff. They will harass you to leave prior to checkout. Avoid booking here

We really enjoyed our stay here. A real gem.

Went for Winnipeg Pride and had a really nice stay. The hotel is very new, super clean and comfortable, in a nice area by the River. The restaurant on site is great, and there’s a few other close by breweries, cafe, and restaurants. Needed a pharmacy and had to walk 32 minutes to the closest open one on a Saturday though haha. The location is nice and easy to get to the forks via the riverside walkway.

The hotel is ideally located along the red river and is in immaculate condition.The staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant behind the hotel and one across the street and a coffee shop steps away. Walking path behind the hotel.

The hotel was in a safe and beautiful location. Our view from our room was gorgeous and the room was so nice! The manager let us park in their loop which we appreciated very much!

Hotel is lovely, but parking poor. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Beds very comfortable.

Stylish Stay on the Waterfront — But Bring Breakfast Beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso machines, and great river views (if you’re lucky). Bathrooms are modern and functional — rare combo in Canadian hotels. Downside? No breakfast or restaurant, and parking is pricey. Pack your own morning essentials.

Great boutique hotel in a perfect area on the water. Walked along the river. Very welcoming to our dog. Spa bathroom and very comfy bed. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfortable, the room was well organized, the location was convenient and the price was very reasonable. We would stay here again.
