Listing said kitchenette but just a sink. No frig or anything else. Maybe they ran out of rooms but not good for me.

The Property is located far from popular malls such as Multiplaza. I was locked out of the Hotel one night I came back at 11pm. I came to my room to find no running water and had to go query it with desk staff. The in room refrigerator was dirty. The breakfast was inedible, cold and very limited in options. Unfortunately I don't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama for vacation. If they upgrade the rooms with modern shower heads, furniture, carpeting and lighting as well as widen the range on the breakfast menu to a more continental menu it can be a Hotel worth staying at in the future

This place is nothing like the photos. Rooms have mold and mildew the toilet clog up a lot The AC leak water the whole building smells the elevator smell like it have a gas leak. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the property could do with some simple upgrades. Example pictures, plants and rugs. The reception area needs a little splash of decoration. But i loved it there

The toilet had a ring in the bowl, and the water pressure for showers was poor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend it any day. Awesome breakfast as well!!!

The staff watching u in every moment, every movement u do, you feel like somebody watching u. No discretion at all. Also they said you cannot receive visitors or if u receive someone can be just 5 or 10 min. Also en Expedia the website say can sleep 4 people in a double room (2 queen bed) and they say you cannot to do that.

They clean every day and i like the breakfast. What i did not like was the water pressureless in the shower.

It was nice little hotel nicecand clean the people who work the always willing to help the cleaning girs is amazing

nice bed clean room the water went in the middle of my shower and didn't come back for over an hour. management didn't warn of issues. key cards just stopped working at random. breakfast had eggshells in the egg

No me dieron la habitación de la imagen, me dieron una con dos camas en vez de una sola, es de mal gusto que hagan eso, despues de eso estaba limpio y en buen estado todo. ES CALIDAD PRECIO.

The tv were not new they were old bed were hard

Staff is excellent and very accommodating! The hotel itself is a bit run down but great for the price. Seems to be going through renovations. Would definitely stay again.
