The stay was so good that I could only complain on the breakfast room music where a woman was destroying old beautiful songs with her voice :). The hotel is perfectly situated and everything super, and we stayed for 10 days. Perfect for recovery from operations too!

Was very clean staff was very nice location excellent only little issues with BF it was good but not excellent although staff was amazing in BF restaurant. When it comes to the options especially in Istanbul you would expect something more that goes with level of hotel basically it is very simple BF .

Great hotel overall.. staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern. Can't complain about anything really. This is the second time we stay at this hotel and will be staying here again next time we go to Istanbul.

The hotel offered parking for my rental car and that was great help. the location is amazing in the heart of wonderful shopping area. Istanbul is great city and this hotel is in the heart of all the actions.

Great location and friendly staff

Excellent location, extremely clean very nice staff. The hotel is not too big and it’s not too small. It is just the right size and right on the metro station practically on the walking street. We had a bit of a challenge with the beds as they were combining two full beds, as if it was a king, and we complained and they give us a better room. Otherwise excellent!

Отель находится прямо у входа в Метро Османбей. Я искала комнату с ванной наш номер был люксовый и это был отличный отпуск. Спасибо работнику Спа ресепшен! Так же ребята за парковку авто , так же были очень любезны.

Fantastic location, right next to metro, and only 1 stop away from Taksim. Love the hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Got a small gym and pool, a quick workout to start the day or to wind down is always good to have this option. Also got a spa for more relaxation after a long day which was full of meetings. Ending the trip with a drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant was also a treat before moving on to the next city
