A stunning property in Rhodes, this is now my second time at this hotel and I loved it even more this time. Great variety of food choices and everything is included on the all inclusive. All staff are so friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning again.

Had an excellent week at the Alila. Friendly staff, facilities were great and clean. Various dining options but be sure to book the a la carte restaurants upon arrival as are popular. Kids didn't want to leave. Would stay here again.

A fabulous get away destination. Thank you for an amazing experience from the friendly staff, to the fabulous food options and most importantly making my husband's birthday celebration a truly special one.

The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall.

Wow! We’ve just left Mitsis Alila after a perfect week. The hotel is immaculate and the staff go above and beyond to look after you. There is so much choice of places to eat and drink, and they haven’t compromised on quality. The pizza bar on the beach was a personal favourite. We rarely go back to the same hotel twice, but we’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed a room with private swimming pool which was large enough for a family. Very gorgeous property with friendly and professional staffs. Entire property was very well maintained with high cleanness. We visited many all inclusive resorts in the past but this was one of the best for us.

Great resort, good restaurants, and the staff was nice. Need to fix the water temperature in the showers, Jummping all the time.

This is a great hotel. The location is excellent with easy transport to Rhodes town and a short(ish) walk to Faliraki. All the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Nana in the greek restaurant was brilliant, as was Sofia and Daria in the Night bar. Also shout out to Nestor and Nicholas, good luck with school! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, there was always space around the pool or on the beach, I liked the free towels. The buffet food is nice, however the restaurants are incredible! We tried the Greek and Italian and would highly recommend, the pizza place on the beach was a personal favourite. Super easy to book transfers and taxis. It was also very easy to hire a car for the day. The hotel really has everything you need and we would not hesitate to book again.

A stunning hotel with top class A La Carte restaurant options. “All inclusive” really does mean all inclusive - unlike other hotels in the market, nothing is out of bounds. The restaurants are fantastic - make sure to make your evening reservations well in advance before you arrive though. Private Pool suites are more like a swim up room (the pool isn’t completely private), but still worth every penny in my opinion. We have visited this hotel for the past 2 years and will most certainly be returning next summer.

We stayed in Mitsis Rinola Crete and Mitsis Alila is same and went one mile an ahead with service and Hospitality ❤️❤️❤️🦋🦋. Reception all staff were excellent 🥰🥰 and all restaurant staff great and beach bar person were great. Makes cocktails in no time. This time we were luck to get late check out with free of charge thanks to the hotel manager and receptionist 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️. We will come back next year ❤️

I liked the restaurants and the bars. I didn’t like the salty pool and the speed of the service

The best part are private pool of the room, the sea, concierge service. The food was good for alacarte restaurants and really bad for the main restaurant. The soft drinks really bad across the board. The reception service was bad, taxi situation is terrible.

Nice hotel, good condition. Very clean. Staff is overall competent. Some friendlier than others. Food was pretty good though menu somewhat limited. There were some pet peeves regarding actually being ready for service in the mornings, and bringing the rigjt coffee or tea. Drinks were good at night and the live music was a nice touch. The beach is very nice though pebbly. Make sure to have flip flops or sandals. Overall the hotel and experience was very nice. A solid 8.5 out of 10. I would have no problem returning to this hotel again.

Our second visit to Mitsis Alila, 3 years apart. As expected the staff, hotel, dining options, pool area, beach accessibility and as it was all inclusive the food options were really top class.Avi and the restaurant/ bar staff get a special mention for their patience and how they take care of their customers. Definitely a place we will go back to.

Staff were excellent all around, especially the pizza chef and the beach bar staff Michael and Vaggelis.
