Very nice hotel, friendly and clean

Great hotel and location. Staff was wonderful and property was well maintained. Swimming pool area and playroom were big hits for our family. Only thing that could be improves was the cold temperature of the water: quite cold.

Excellent location for central area of town. Nothing fancy however, there is construction going on so will be interesting to see the end result. Staff very friendly and helpful. I suspect that at some point this was a top end hotel which is now in need of a total face lift. Rooms are very plain, with furnishing and fittings that are rather basic. However, this is reflected in the price, which is a fantastic value. Will say that bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

I spent four days in this very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful, kind and very very warm. They helped me with the magnetic key which is supposed to be inserted while you are in the room. If it doesn't insert well, no lights in the room, The cleaning lady helped with the three remotes to turn on the TV, I misplaced my brush and they found me a brand new comb. I couln't tip them because I had no Brazilian currency. The food was great, the breakfast was pretty good with many selections. I also had my dinner at the hotel the first night, a great buffet at a reasonable price.

Hotel tradicional de Araraquara, agora faz parte da rede Transamerica. Staff sempre gentil. O diferencial do hotel é a área da piscina, sem dúvida. Quartos são ok, mas poderiam investir em melhores travesseiros. Café da manhã acho que deixa um pouco a desejar.

A PISCINA SENTIMOS QUE DEVERIA TER UMA BOMBA PARA CIRCULAR A AGUA E LIMPEZA DEVERIA SER TODOS OS DIAS. O CAFE DA MANHA É BOM , TEM BASTANTE VARIEDADE POREM SENTIMOS QUE DEVERIA VARIAR OS DIAS , POIS HAVIAM AS MESMAS COISAS DURANTE OS 5 DIAS QUE FICAMOS.

Recebemos um Upgrede do quarto, oferecido gentilmente da equipe o que nos proporcionou a melhor vista da cidade, além do excelente atendimento recepção. O serviço de quarto sempre mil agil e impecável. Maravilhoso o acfe da manha e o atendimento das meninas do café, sempre muito educadas, respeitosas e ageis na higienização do local. Eu voltarei outras vezes, com certeza.

Poderia melhorar o atendimento no check-in pois demorou bastante (apenas 1 recepcionista) e foi umas 2h após o horário de inicio da entrada. Além disso, não tinha atendimento no bar, hotel bem decaido por ser um Transamerica.

Embora o hotel tenha passado por uma atualização, ainda mantém resquícios do antigo. Travesseiros péssimos. Chuveiro com muita oscilação de água: ora quente, ora fria. Equipe atencisa e pronta para atender. Limpeza e localização muito boas.
