Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

Needs an update and deep cleaning

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Nice location, easy acces , nice view from the room with the corner room.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

We visit Aarhus on a regular basis and normally stay a this hotel however, this time was a complete disappointment. Had we known that the restaurant and bar were under renovation, we would have chosen differently. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. Comwell not up to the standard that we were used to. Sad.

It's not the location, the room, the amenities that makes this hotel incredible. It is the staff! Anders Jensen and his collegue made our stay to be 5 stars. So kind, so helpful, always with a smile, ready to guide and help you. Even though the room was a bit old, needing some paint as they were scratched off the walls, and there was no kettle in the room, we would stay here again because of them! On the plus side, the view from the room was incredible. Parking was easy! The city is very different from the rest of Denmark, it's beautiful like all others but quite dirty and neglected, which was sad and extremely surprising, so it's wonderful to go back to this hotel and be received with so much joy and care.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. The service was great and the location perfect! However, y room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected with hairs in the shower, a lot of visible white hairs on the carpet, and the bin was dirty on the outside with stains. It did negatively impact the experience and I probably won’t stay there again.

Had a very good time in Aarhus. There was building work going on near to hotel which unfortunately woke us at 8am every morning. Think hotel should have told us this when booking.

This is a very comfortable hotel located very close to the centre of Aarhus, perfect for a city break. Amazing views of the city/harbour area from the room, free great quality coffee from bean to cup coffee machine, very clean room which is serviced every day, plenty of parking, although there is limited parking under the hotel itself so it might be necessary to use the secondary underground car park across the street, but not a big problem really, great service throughout. All in all enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend this hotel.

Enormt centralt placeret i Aarhus, med parkering og opladning i selve kælderen, gode værelser og dejlig udsigt giver altid en fin oplevelse når jeg er i Aarhus.

Godt hotel dejligt centralt placeret i byen. gode parkerings muligheder. men aggressive P-vagter der ikke checker om man har registreret sig ind i hotellets systemer. Fik P-bøden annulleret i receptionen. Dejlig morgenmad. Street Food Århus lige inden for gå afstand

Når man betaler 2400 kr for to nætter på dB-værelse så syns jeg at det er småligt at der ikke er rengøring på værelset (med mindre man beder om det) og ikke mindst at det ikke er minibar. Vanvittigt at erfare, at jeg skal betale 60 kr for en cola som jeg selv henter. Og hvis jeg skal have den leveret på værelset skal jeg betale 95 kr oven i. 155 kr for en cola?? Når værelset i forvejen er i den dyre ende. Havde forventet lidt mere service til den værelses-pris

Desværre var det utrolig meget larm fra nærliggende byggeri både eftermiddag og tidlig morgen. Og så manglede der efter vores mening bodylotion og balsam på badeværelset, hvilket vi havde forventet af et Comwell hotel. Ellers et dejligt sted.

Super venligt personale!!!! Hjælper med et smil. Ren og fin hotel med god udsigt og god restaurant. Plads til forbedring: bedre puder. Alt for bløde og bliver flade.
