Very centric - unfortunately the rooms carpet was severly stained and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Apparently they were fully booked and the possibility to change rooms impossible. The room was on the business floor. There was a lounge with coffee, soft drinks and snacks, but no water (still or sparkling).

Second time stay, really great, centrally located. Only negative is the tiny carpark which is always full.

Stayed on top floor. Beautiful views. And great service and comfort all round.

Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

Needs an update and deep cleaning

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Nice location, easy acces , nice view from the room with the corner room.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

We visit Aarhus on a regular basis and normally stay a this hotel however, this time was a complete disappointment. Had we known that the restaurant and bar were under renovation, we would have chosen differently. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. Comwell not up to the standard that we were used to. Sad.

Vi havde en overnatning for 2 voksne og 1 2årig. Vi har været her før, og beliggenhed tæt på færgen og centrum er super. De har en lukket p-kælder som vi købte plads i, lidt dyrt, men praktisk. Meget lækker og stor brunch, samt streetfood marked 5min går derfra.

Room was spacious but hot. Good service. Great breakfast.

Dejligt ophold med god parkering/opladning af bil. Og en rigtig god seng. Og søde medarbejdere. Aftensmaden spiste jeg i byen, da der ingen gæster var denne dag i restauranten.

Vigtigt at gæster fra udlandet er informeret grundigt om at de selv skal bede om rengøring.

Kritik: Information om parkering var ikke optimal. Det er ikke i orden, at man skal læse information om rengøring på en label påsat spejlet i badeværelse. Der mangler et skilt til døren, hvor man kan bede om rengøring af værelset hurtigt,
