The room fridge did not cool at all, the shower had no shower pressure. Asked front desk to see if someone can check it out & a young boy came turnt the water on and left….

We always stay at the Hyatt place when we visit Puerto Rico.. the decoration is always something new everytime we come.. the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is always delicious

Just a hotel for overnights. Not much there. The restaurant next door was atrocious.

The breakfast was a huge convenience. There were a variety of things to choose from. The staff were friendly. The room had a bunch of small ant like bugs that were crawling on everything in the room. You could see the trail coming from behind the closet. The room had areas of hair and dirt in corners of the bathroom and by the front door that were missed. The ice machine did not work on the floor that we stayed on.

The rooms was clean well maintained, the staff was excellent, very helpful and super friendly, the breakfast was great very tasty and fresh, the restaurant next door was very convenient and also had excellent service, I will definitely be staying again!

Amazing location near everything you can think of there’s a plaza next door where you can go shopping, a restaurant at every corner and a casino literally 10 feet away. Very family friendly I took my kids and they loved the pool the breakfast although not a big selection had all the essentials and more importantly it was very Safe that was a plus for me. Can’t wait to stay again next year

The hotel had a very bad smell to it

Each interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant. The front desk allowed us to check in a bit early as we were merely inquiring about leaving our luggage with them. They explained everything thoroughly about the Wifi, breakfast times, and information on the mini-store and adjacent bar. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast spread was very nice. The adjacent restaurant has really good food and drinks. My family member went to the casino, on the same premises, and won some money. I love the fact that they have a mini kitchen where you can order some hot food versus ordering out. I wish my stay was longer. When I am in Puerto Rico again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
