We've stayed multiples times at this hotel and have had a good experience, enjoyed the quiet very much.

Beautiful place

Sta was good, but Front entrance door did not function, leaking air-condition at breakfast area

Quick overnight stay in between buses from Merida back to Belize, easy check in and check out-would have been nice to have a small frig in the room

Definitely not Marriott standards. Some customer service investment is needed, as well as property maintenance management.

This is our go to hotel when we are in chetumal. It's clean and basic, easy to spot. Convient to the places I want to shop when I'm in town. The pool closes at 8pm (20:00) so if you're looking for a swim to wind down after a long drive, come early.

Smells. Terrible sewer system connection.

It was quite a nice place to stay!!!

I like the fact that there was a pool to enjoy, relax, and to swim in, and I love how we guests can get breakfast served for free. What i didn’t like is that the entrance took too long as it took 2 hours to get a room served for us though we already had a reservation. Although the entrance took long time, the hotel was amazing.

The property was near the shopping plaza, where you can find whatever is needed. However, the place has an odor, no very pleasant one, as soon as you step inside the lobby. The room also had an odor and it was very evident that an odor was coming from the shower stall drain. The linens in the room was very clean. The room itself had the basic furniture. The included breakfast was good. They had the typical items for breakfast.

Was very appropriate for our group

The room is very minimalist. No small fridge, the beds are quite small. The room had a bit of a strange smell to it, as if there had been a smoker in the nonsmoking room. I find that the room was overpriced for the simplicity of it.

We enjoyed our stay

MY PASSPORT WAS STOLEN BY HOUSEKEEPER!!! BEWARE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! I had a very bad experience during my first stay here. I slept here for one night and the following day headed to Mérida Mexico. Around 7:30am I went to Starbucks which is a few minutes walk from the property. Upon return at 8:15 I found to my surprise a housekeeper in the room claiming she was changing towels. Not sure why she would be there so early, moreover we were checking out that day so we wouldn’t have needed our room to be serviced. My passport was on the table under the TV, my sister and I stayed in a double room and we both knew it was there. The housekeeper rushed inside the bathroom when we walked in but we didn’t think anything of it and then she took towels and left abruptly. I went to see my mom in another room while my sister packed our bags. After my sister brought out the bags, as I normally do, I went back into our room listed all sheets, pillows and checked to make sure nothing was left behind. We left the property and about 2.5hrs into the drive to Mérida a checkpoint stopped us and that’s when I realized my passport was not in my bag and my sister said she does remember it being on the table but didn’t catch that it was missing while packing. We then concluded that it SURELY WAS STOLEN. I called the property and threatened to get the police. They had me hold for 20 to 30 mins and said the manager was investigating. LATER SAID manager found it on the table!! LIESSS THEY STOLE IT!!
