Clean room, nice staff and good location

The worst place i ever stay! There is not elevator. No air conditioner and it is situated on an area of high criminality.

Room was small, kept bumping into the bed due to lack of floor space. Hotel entrance was not easy to access. Area was safe, good location…

Breakfast was lovely and easy. Pet friendly was a huge plus for us.

Really good value although the room was small had everything needed and in a great location for walking everywhere i wanted to visit in Barcalona

Terrible, roaches and water leak. I emailed them to get a reimbursement.

Terrible stairwell to get to reception. No lobby. Then there was an elevator could only fit one person. Even when I got up to my floor- I had to haul my suitcases up another set of stairs. The room was fine- small but clean

Staff was excellent - very friendly and attentive Area around the hotel was edgy and the streets not very clean but we did not feel unsafe Air conditioning could have been better

It was the most terrible experience I had. I paid around $250 per night for this hotel which is alot for this hotel! False advertisement. And I think this is fraud. As soon as I got to the hotel i wanted my refund back.

Tiny room could hardly move. Constant construction work noise from early in the morning. Weird smells in room and around hotel.

Very nice. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Newly remodeled or room was a bit small but very comfortable. They had an excellent breakfast and I was amazed at the freshly made apple juice. Totally worth the cost of breakfast. Would stay there again

It was close to everything but at night it looks unsafe. During the day is walkable and close to the rambla. Rooms updated, Good mattress, and friendly reception. You have to carry your luggage through long stairs up to the reception (they helped my husband)because the elevator starts in the second floor. Breakfast area nice and clean with coffee 24 hours. The shower very narrow.

Great location! Very clean rooms and the service was great! They were very helpfull.

Small but cozy room, could see the sagrada familia from the terrace! Was lovely all around, and pretty close to the subway which was great.

Everything was near by. The room was a bit small but considering we weren’t going to hang out in the room anyway it turned out to be perfect just to sleep.

Cleaning zero , don’t know how you give them 2 star,they are not even one star , Toilet broken no one fix it , the room I’ve booked completely not same at all , they didn’t want to change the room , cleaning was very very bad , they just tidy the bed even didn’t change the sheets , not really good at all

The area around the hotel was unsafe and very noicy

They have airconditioning in the building but not per room. The room was very hot and they did not have fans. Their solution was open the window but people were screaming outside in the alley all night. Would not recommend staying here if you like to sleep. Additionally, not a safe area a lot of people got robbed.

My reservation was for two nights but I left because I couldn't sleep, the place was super small, and I could hear the other people snoring. The area was not safe. The ceiling had an open access to the attic and the light was on the whole time and could not be closed off. The room has no phone to contact reception. It's a hotel for locals not for tourists.
