The property was good and convenient for short term travelers

Our TV came on at 4:30 and 5:30 am both days. No picture just sound. That was very strange.

Friendly staff

This place is nice, lots pf parking, lots of options for restaurants. Staff are friendly! Breakfast is alright.

I had a family emergency and they refused to give me a refund of my booking.

Not the best stay but overall ok

I requested a quiet room and got the loudest one possible (right above the waterslide that doesn’t close until 10pm)!!! Front desk was not friendly either

Swimming pool with slide is a great place for kids to engage.

We enjoyed the pool area. Beds were also very comfortable

This property was only okay. I wish they cleaned our bathroom better. The grass m that came with the room stayed in the room.

Returning to this hotel because staff makes you feel like you’re at home. Very friendly nd caring staff.

I enjoyed the fact that there were a few restaurants in the immediate area that were walking distance. We rented a car this trip, but even if we didn't, the C train station was right across the street. I also enjoyed the pool area, gym and complimentary breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Convenient location

My and my family stayed here for 2 nights. Ctrain is just across the road. My daughter had an open house at U of C which is so close, so it was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time.
