We had the most amazing wedding day and couldn't recommend this venue highly enough. A huge thank you to Marta, our organiser, who went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly detail-oriented, delivered everything exactly as promised, and did it all within a remarkably short timeframe. Truly exceptional, thank you, Marta!

I believe the hotel is not bad per se, but I don’t think it can justify its prices. We pay 400 eur night, for this price you might expect just much higher quality and access. A few examples, the swimming pool is not exclusive for guests but people can come from outside for a fee, which makes relaxing virtually impossible. The spa is again not only for hotel guests and even if you wanna use it you must pay additionally 150 pln, on top of this the hotel charges you for Parking 😂 really at 1500 PLN per night you can’t afford to give parking for guests even when space is massive and in the middle of no where ??? Hotel is not bad per se, but I don’t think has a good ratio of value per money. Won’t be back.

Rooms were a little older than I had expected but very comfy. Maids don’t pay attention to the “do not disturb” sign left on doors. I had mine up and they came in the room anyway. Not an issue, but I was surprised they didn’t respect room privacy at a guests request.

We had another fantastic stay at Hotel Arłamów last week - our second visit, and it definitely won’t be the last! Everything about the hotel is great: the stunning location, beautiful views, and the convenience of having their own ski slope right on site. It’s perfect for families too, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained. The food was really nice with lots of options, the only downside for us was that parking wasn’t included - it would have been a nice touch if it were free. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and have fun - we’re already looking forward to coming back!

After the epic drive to get here, it was fabulous to arrive to such a special place. Spacious hi-spec rooms with balconies, wonderful views, friendly and helpful staff and superb location. Highlights: breakfast bar to die for, excellent fully-equipped spa with superb massages on offer.
