Grumpy receptionist. 30 minutes check in after waiting in line. Stuff doing bare minimum. Dirty tables outside. Untidy pillows.

Just a hard nighttime driving oad

Very nice hotel, service is perfect and there is a lot things to do. Cleanless needs little improvement but overall hotel and food is very good.

Excellent, world class facilities with something for everyone.

Unfortunately staff of Hotel Arlamow steals. After my check out I returned to hotel because I forgot my medication. I found out it was thrown away. I know that they steal by the fact that my cigarettes which I left was also taken away. Manager didn't let us to go thru the things maintenance collected in our room. She said that we are not allowed. I had 2 last days of antibiotics and we all know what happens when one doesn't complete prescribed antibiotics. I am more than disappointed in a hotel which is a representation of Poland.

Everything was as it was supposed to be. No bad surprises.

have just returned from a 4 nightstay here which was amazing . We had a suite overlooking the mountains . Wow the view .. peace and tranquil to say the least It is about a 3 hour drive from Krakow and so worth it Al A carte restaurant was wonderful with high quality food Spa amazing and such good prices Cant wait to go back for longer

One and the biggest disadventages was no animator. Hotel has huge dance floor but non people at evenings. There is everything a part of how to spend evenings.

A great modern hotel, with fantastic facilities. Spar pools were great, it was fantastic in the outdoor pool with snow all around. Nice coffe shop with great views. Now for the negative, the food, the buffet lunch and dinner is very poor quality, all hot food tasted the same or had no real taste. The Carpatian al a cart was very average, no imagination. The saving grace was the Residence al a cart restaurant, this was very good, but on our last night it was closed to hotel guests due to a private party. Not good enough.

I spent 2 days at this hotel and my experiance there was very positive. Great facility, briliant location, good food a lot of available activities.

Super breakfast and very quiet place to relax.Big rooms, heated outside pool with mountain view.If you like sport you will find everything what you wish.I would give them even 5 stars...

This was our second stay and I have to say the first was the best. Some problems we had were being checked into the wrong room but that was corrected. Our bar fridge was locked and at check out I waited 45 min in line. Besides that things went great.

Et godt sted at være. Morgenmaden er rigtig god. Frisklavede omeletter, fisk, kød, glutenfri/laktosefri muligheder, grønt, frugt, flere slags frisklavet juice, god kaffe, kager og sødt. Værelset var rummeligt og havde en fin balkon. Jeg nåede ikke at prøve indendørs/udendørs pool. Hvis du har overvejet et stop i Przemysl, så tag til dette hotel istedet.
