What should I review first? There are so many bad things. First, the room price wasn't expensive, so I didn't expect luxury, just good service and cleanliness. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the service was terrible in every way. I stayed for 5 days, and they only cleaned the room 2 times, and even then, I had to ask the front desk. The tissues provided were used. The reception staff were very rude. The refrigerator was old, the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the TV was broken, and there was no phone in the room. The Ari Sunny building has no elevator, only 3 floors, and there weren't any hangers in the wardrobe. I had to ask for water in the room. It's very confusing; we paid for this place, we weren't staying for free. Even though the room was only 700 baht, other places I've stayed have been much better value for money. Overall, my rating is negative.

Don't get lost here. The service is terrible. They even charge for plastic spoons. There is no elevator. You have to walk up and down the 3rd floor.
