Clean and the owner was so friendly. The facility was complete for backpacker. If I have a plan back to Seoul, I will come back to this guesthouse.

Near Guesthouse from Seoul Station Exit 12 around 250 meters, for new arrivals or return to Incheon airport quite a train ride no need to transit very easily and does not take only 1 hour trip to terminal 1 and 2, small room but enough for 2org with medium suitcase , the hotel's unique receptionist is only 9am to 9pm, for cooking, the ingredients have been prepared, eggs, bread, cereals and drinks, for the room to be cleaned up and necessities in the room, ask the receptionis like towels but small towels, no large towels. Do not use lifts for those carrying large suitcases, ready to lift up on the 3rd floor, but receptionis is ready to help with the suitcases in her work. Worth it for budget and everywhere.

Strategic hotel location, near Seoul station exit 12. Close to 7 eleven. The rooms are quite comfortable, even though the small essentials are clean. The temperature in the room is also quite comfortable with warm floors (we stayed in early spring with still cold temperatures).

This place is perfect for transit 1 or 2 night in seoul. For sleep only, not for stay. If you want to travel at seoul with backpacker style this place is hardly recommended. because the location in central of the city, near with seoul station, near with bus stop, and accessible with taxi.

The hotel is located close to Seoul Station, so it's easy to get to and from the airport because you can directly take the airport train without having to transfer. To achieve this, select exit 12 Seoul Stn, then when exiting the elevator or stairs, forward a little forward, take the road to turn left, which is slightly uphill, straight and then find the paved road and look at this hostel with its trademark. The rooms are not so spacious but enough, with a sloping budget, there is breakfast of egg and milk bread, and you can use the pantry even though it's not too broad but good for frugality, if you want to be more satisfied, just take stock. The room has a small refrigerator to store it. Oh yeah, the hostel is only 3 floors and doesn't use an elevator, the stairs aren't wide but it's enough. The receptionist is also friendly.

Cute officer The room may not be very wide. But that is clean, with a shower solution, shampoo, massage, but not just a large towel There is no wardrobe.

The first experience of staying in the house was quite interesting. We have to clean and tidy up our own room, the tools are provided, the sprey and clean towels just ask, there is a stove we can cook. There is a free drink, for steaming cornflaces, eggs, coffee orange juice available, strategically near the MRT, near the mall, minimarkets. If you go to Korea, you will come back again.

Love my experience in this hotel. Its near seoul station. Just remember to look for exit 12. Dont expect too much for breakfast. They just have milk and cereal.

Staff have service mind near subway about 300-400 meter if walk from subway to guesthouse have some part Uphill walk

The place was convenient and great as it near Seoul Station. Although there was a miscommunication on my initial late check in request the manager Mr. Jung was apologetic and generous that we even upgraded my room. Thank and if i come to Seoul I will book this place again.

Who has mr.edi very friendly, and his men who miss sou girl is also friendly, because we stay fit winter room there warmer, cool, comfortable but tomorrow, next time to stay again here.

It is a very comfortable room. Fully equipped facilities. The room will be small. But overall, it is very good location.
