Hotel near Kyoto Station and many restaurants near the hotel area. The family room is comfortable and not too small. I recommend it.

The hotel location is very strategic, less than 200 meters from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto Station, Kyoto bus station is right in front of the hotel, close to the Mall, close to 7Eleven and Family Mart, many places to eat around the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Check in via a machine guided by the staff. The hotel facilities are very good: comfortable room, clean and fragrant bedding, complete toiletries, converter cable provided, hairdryer, complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee are also available, the hotel has coin laundry facilities, microwave and vending machines, there are also hot spring facilities. Breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. The view at breakfast is the Kyoto bus station and the local hustle and bustle of going to work is exciting because it adds to the spirit. Will book Elcient again when visiting Kyoto again.

If I go to Kyoto, I think I will stay here again. Close to bus stop and subway station

Hotel with comfortable and complete onsen facilities

my most favorite hotel in kyoto. stayed 3 days and i can say that the location was perfect. dont hesitate to book here!!!!

The shower is really great. Try the triple because it has 3 beds. Location is in the new annex building. Wide. We were given free lotion sachets in the lobby. At 2.30 you can check in. There are 7 eleven family marts. Next to Avanti Mall is Donqiote. You can go to Kyoto station via Avanti if it rains. OK place.

The receptionist gave very good explanations.

Hotel yang benar-benar nyaman dan bersih. Stasiun kereta pas di seberang hotel, halte bus pas di depan hotel. Mau ke mana-mana mudah. Ada minimarket di samping hotel. Pokoknya lokasi hotel yang super strategis buat keliling Kyoto. Bintang 5 buat Elcient Hotel.

Very good experience! Great room, great service, really close to the station, has free onsen too. They also help us to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo. Will stay here again next time I stay in Kyoto!

The staff is very friendly, the hotel facilities are extraordinary, there is an onsen, a sauna complete with amenities, delicious breakfast and many kinds, the rooms are clean and tidy, highly recommended with a fairly cheap price.

The hotel location are just 5 minutes walk from the station but its actually infront of the station. The check process was smooth and the room quite nice, not to big but its was well set up for us and the kids. Its has comfort waiting lobby, and the baggage delivery services was also super.

Its totally worth it, near convenient store & kyoto station, so it will be so easy to get around kyoto 🤟🏻. Room pretty small but comfy (hotel room in japan usually pretty small). If I came to kyoto again, definetely will comeback to this hotel.

Location was great, its very close to the Kyoto Station. Everything is worth and would stay again. The hotel helps to keep our luggage so that you can continue explore after check out.
