The hotel reception was close when we arrived and then there is no telephone in the room to call reception for any help. The light kept going off in the room. Was not worth the price

Comfortable stay in a nice room. I prefer my bed made for me rather than folded under a cover. I slept in and arrived 10mins before breakfast ended and very little was left. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable, though better coffee and a hairdryer is needed.

The staff from check-in to check-out were wonderful. Friendly, engaged, and very helpful. The food was excellent and all of the dining room staff were helpful and courteous.

The hotel is in a nice location. The staff was very friendly and the room was good and clean. One remark is that the restaurant only serves a set menue that is rather fine dining. When I stayed over there was no seats left in the restaurant and any other food place would have required a drive or +20 mins walk. However, the staff was very friendly and arranged for me to have the food in my room as normally no room service is available.

Very clean , spacious rooms. The grounds and views around the hotel are stunning. The restaurant is fantastic.

Nice, pleasant stay. The room was a good size and a nice bathroom. Rated cleanliness a bit lower as the shower had hairs left in the drain and shower basin which was from the last guests which I didn't like. Breakfast was simple and easy and was good for what we wanted. The atrium room we had was big and led out to the patio so it was nice to open the door at night as it got too hot. Would definitely return for a short stay.

The WiFi did not work well, I asked for help, got a LAN cable instead. I made a speed test, I got Fiber speeds! Fastest Internet I've ever had in a hotel. Very clean, helpful, enjoyed my stay.

Hotel excellent. surrounding area very nice with dedicated foot and cycle paths away from the roads. Hotel has a lake view. Not near any shops or restaurants so the choice is to eat at the hotel or to drive.
