Cute little village we enjoyed the company of few locals and the hotel is right there in the center of it all clean, friendly staff, and we had a good time

Perfect for a short stay

A surprising gem. Quiet location easily accessible to local services and bars. Lots of interior character.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long night drive from Caen. The owners had emailed us an entry code and organised a location for the key. They also arranged for us to put our bikes in the garden. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The next morning breakfast was excellent and situated in their beautiful garden. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Totally unexpected and hidden retreat for the tired tourists we were. A fully renovated old home transformed in a cosy hotel with authentic materials and genuine decoration. We have highly enjoyed our Old Cognac XSOP glass in a lounge hidden in a cosy corner on first floor...

We needed somewhere to stay near our daughter and family who were in a gite near Aulnay This hotel proved to be an extremely good base ! Very clean .,comfortable and quite charming Very helpful hosts too We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly ,great ! The only slight drawback is with Aulnay itself ,there is nowhere to enjoy a decent evening meal Just a couple of fast food cafes Aulnay itself is quite charming and we enjoyed visiting the market on Saturday However we did enjoy a marvellous meal in St jean dAngely at L'scorlion restaurant about 20 min away .

Wonderful small hotel with great staff.

Hotel is a nice property in a (very) quiet village. Room very clean, facilities all good, lounge area, free effective Wi-Fi extremely important when travelling. Owner was polite and informative, a French lady who spoke English well. The only downside was the village restaurant never opened and it proved difficult to get an evening meal.

Very nice hotel for overnight stay. Friendly staff who can speak English. The room is big and bed was comfortable. My husband & I would recommend it.

Just the most lovely hotel: we had the suite which leads onto the walled garden and it and the level of cleanliness were 1st class. As also was the hospitality of the owners and the excellent breakfast. We will be returning.

In the centre of a small town the building has been very tastefully renovated Clean well proportioned rooms excellent value and a good breakfast. Highly recommended

Hotel typique de la région. le charme de l'ancien. Pour les itinérants, a savoir : Pas de réseau pour les portables et Wifi très faible voir inexistant.

Personnels aimable et souriant, c'est la troisième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel, plusieurs aires de stationnement à proximité. Le cadre agréable est typique de la région, chambre propre, confortable (baignoire, toilettes, TV, wifi, téléphone, bouilloire..), A chaque séjour nous avons bien dormi que nous soyons côté rue ou côté cours. Seul bémol sur ce séjour, le petit déjeuner, plus de service à table, il faut se contenter d'un distributeur de boissons, il n'y avait pas non plus de fruits et les portions (pain, viennoiseries...) sont un peu juste. Quoi qu'il en soit nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
