I think everything is just right, however the only inconvenience is that the dining room is a bit small, during peak hours there won't be enough capacity for the breakfast buffet

Clean, convenient and central, reasonable price

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Room size is moderate given it is in old quarter. Location is perfect to walk to pretty much everywhere.

Actually the hotel is not a problem, the location is also strategic only the price may be too expensive for such conditions. I found a 3 star hotel with good service around the same location for half the price of this hotel.

Breakfast have quite a lot variety, but the room's amenities a bit old.

Location near lake hoa kim. The atmosphere is calm, the night pas weekend, crowded, receptionist is friendly and very helpful, his room clean.

The staying in the Hanoi pearl hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. With all facilities in the room ,we liked it very much ,especially private wifi router in the room. The only problem we faced was the temperature from water in bathroom was hard to control.
