A nice pleasant hotel with Excellent plus location and customer services. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and comforting that we would love to go back. I would like to thank all of them especially Ehab who helped us a lot and also Hani. Wonderful people.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Grande mosque and souk.

It's was so bad I can't not discribe it. Location is not too good ,area really dirty. The pic is almost not real.

Fantastic location , great building but terrible rooms. So dirty and need serious renovations. Room service was poor also, they wouldn't even leave one more toilet paper.

Previous occupant of my room used an iron on the floor, couch, and other places. The place is clean but shows its age. There were no curtains and you need eye shades.

Better and cheaper hotel reservation site and thanks to the speed and ease of booking and Sahdz times to come at this location

good hotel for weekends. near to ALMUBARKYA shopping area . children are welcome .

hotel's location is good cause its near Souk al mubarakiya, nearby shaded public parking for free for the hotel's customer. Room cleanliness is disappointing, bellow condition is bad also when we asked for another bellow they didn't provide.

Although my reservation was confirmed, upon arrival they were fully booked and I was not provided a room. The customer service stated they have the practice of double booking.

The staff was rude an inpolite. The room was dirty and terrible, the pictures is totally different than reality. The location is bad as well. Everything about this hotel is bad! Don't book it, it was the worst hotel I've ever been in.
