Everything was awesome

Friendly staff. Nice property and directly across the street from Riverwalk.

Fantastic. Just a quick overnight stay but man was it nice. And the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Location was great right across from the Riverside shops. Highly recommend

I would stay here again. The staff was friendly, hotel is clean. The location is great! It’s within walking distance of a lot of things to do. The breakfast was really good.

Great place to stay in Frankenmuth

The staff were very attentive. The hotel itself was very nice. In need of some updates though.

This hotel is in a prime location and close to dining and shopping areas, but the room was out of date as far as being able to plug in devices( iPhone , watch, iPad etc). The decor is also very old. The place smelled clean, but the lighting made everything look dingy and uninviting. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that had much nicer rooms. This place just needs a facelift so to speak.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The pool is just right for the kids to splash around in...

The hotel is nice and in a great location. My only issue is that the beds are so high off the floor. As a shorter person I had to literally climb up into the bed. It’s not just this hotel chain either but most hotels even in rooms that are labeled as accessible rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The room was not completely clean. The linens and surfaces were clean, but under the table and counters had not been swept.
