My family will stay from June 12-15, 2025, I will evaluate based on my personal experience at Muong Thanh Grand Da Nang. - Hotel location: near Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, can move to the international fireworks display quickly and conveniently. Rating: Good. - Room: my family was arranged on the 10th floor, I noted "want Han River view" on the app and was satisfied as desired. The advantages of the room are: clean, spacious, has basic amenities, wifi works quite well. Disadvantages: the glass door view is not clean, affecting the view, the air conditioner takes a long time to cool, there is no white light but only yellow light so it feels a bit dark. Rating Fair. - Elevator: because I went during storm No. 1, I found it airy, the elevator has a fan system so it is not too hot like some reviews on the app. There are times when it is crowded but overall easy to move. Rating Good. - Breakfast: there are also many options from noodles, rice noodles, cakes, sticky rice to desserts, drinks but in general it is not delicious, everything is too bland. Average rating. - Reception: the morning and evening reception helped me check in and check out quite quickly. A BAD EXPERIENCE! I came to Da Nang for work purposes so I did not need a room that was too luxurious. I also did not give feedback to the staff because I went out to work during the day and only came back to sleep at night, and my stay was not long. So even though I did not expect too much, the recent experiences could not make me pass, the basics should at least be there. From the moment I entered Muong Thanh, besides the lobby being very large and beautiful, it was super hot. The entire reception area or waiting area did not have air conditioning, there were few fans, so if any guests came to wait to check-in, it was very hot, unlike other hotels I went to where it was very cool. Room 712: Wifi is super weak, I was sitting in an online meeting but kept being logged out and couldn't fully participate in the meeting. The light was dark yellow, plus there was no window, no view (there was a window with a curtain, when I flipped it up, the air conditioner was hot =)) ) so if I woke up without a clock, I really didn't know if it was day or night. The bathroom water was weak, I had to hold the shower head close to my body to be able to shower; The sink was very difficult to adjust the hot and cold; The bathroom had a see-through glass part, no curtain so if I went with friends or family, it would be quite awkward, I also went down to ask the staff if they could help cover my room with a cloth or find a way to cover it because I went with my family but the staff refused because this was a common design.; The mini fridge wasn't cool, I had an acquaintance give me some gifts that I wanted to keep cool but the fridge wasn't cool at all; Poor quality TV.
